My wife and I were in Las Vegas when we were approached by Diamond Resorts representatives at Circus Circus. They asked if we would be interested in receiving free tickets to dinner and a show as a gift for our attendance at a one-hour presentation. When we signed up, our yearly income did not meet their minimum, but the rep said not to worry about it, which in hindsight, should have been a huge red flag! Terrible customer service. Placed on the 5th floor and the elevator went out and has not been fixed. Can you imagine packing up a family of four and moving everything up five flights of stairs? Lifeguards walk off from their post and some sleep in the chair. Management is argumentative. You have to beg for towels and the basic supplies in the room. Cashier's throw your change at you. There is dust and hair everywhere in the room. You can tell it was not cleaned properly. Lastly the phones in the room do not work. This is a t... read more

I bought 3 nights to hear about the timesharing. After an e-mail and several calls, they told me that all Diamond resort properties are booked and I can only stay in the best western cheaper than what I paid for. You can not cancel or refund. Doesn't matter the day you are resorts are always booked and just cheaper accommodations are available. On the same date, all properties are available to book online but they lie saying that they are all booked. Worst customer service ever. I lost my money because they don't want to can... read more

We purchased a "Membership" March 10, 2021. We were originally offered a membership at $20,000. I dug my heels in and honestly did not like our sales girl. Since we were being recorded (and not made aware of this) The "Sales Manager" Cooper Coe, came in to sell us a "better" membership at HALF THE ORIGINALPRICE. He told us that he was re selling someone's membership and that is why it was available. In 2019, we were visiting a Diamond Resorts location and were offered a discount 4-day trip to Palm Springs if we attended a timeshare presentation while there. The staff pressured us relentlessly into making a purchase. While at the presentation, we were told that these resorts were for the exclusive use of members, that this was a real estate investment, and that not traveling more with our family made us bad parents. HILTON GRAND VACATIONS IS A SCAM.... We agreed to a one and a half hour presentation in return for an almost free stay at one of their beautiful resorts in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; 3 nights 4 days for our Wedding Anniversary. We were having a great time, our vacation suite was top of the line, nice view, amenities, etc. Even The location where the presentation was held was beautiful. I wish I could give Hilton grand vacations a huge ZERO......I will spread the news to everyone I know! They act as though we knew Covid was coming. With traveling restrictions, people losing jobs, health issues...they gladly keep your money!!!!!! They gave me the only option to pay more during the pandemic to extend my package that they didn't explain that it was a timeshare. We have reached out to the company directly for serval months now and haven't received any answers to our concerns. The only thing we have received is billing statements. They make it very clear they really only care about the money after they pressure you into signing on. They will tell you this is the best thing you can have for traveling and how you will be able to go anywhere in the world for a good price. HGVC IS A SCAM. We were completely lied to about everything. We have been trying for over 9 MONTHS to cancel our timeshare or transfer the deed back. They have sent us the same letters explaining "sorry you are unhappy with your membership" and offering absolutely no solutions whatsoever. They told us we could leave the timeshare to our children when we are gone.
