In 2016, we were told that we would get tickets to a show on the Las Vegas strip if we attended this presentation. When we got there, we were told about how great this ownership would be, how it will make travel so much easier, locations all over, and how great this would be to pass on to your family--an "unlimited" vacation plan. i have 4 contracts (4 weeks) with Hilton Grand Vacations for over 25 years. I have never been late on any payment. This year, i paid online - and their website overcharged me by 1 week ( charged me for 5 weeks). When i spoke with them about it, they refused to credit it back to me and told me to adjust it with the credit card company. Since it takes anywhere from 30 - 60 days for the credit card company to fix the issue, the bottom line is that Hilton billed me for overdue payments (and never told me!). Diamond is a SCAM. We stayed at Cabo Azul in 2019 and loved it. We ended up doing the presentation. Firstly, they lied about how long it would take (it was over 3 hours). Secondly, they do not know how to take no for an answer. They pass you off to different sales people to see if their tactics can get you to sign onto a package. Our first experience with Diamond was when we received an invitation in the mail for a weekend getaway to Orlando. When we arrived, we were asked to attend a sales meeting, where the staff told us about all of the benefits of being owners with Diamond. Loyal owner for 20 years. However, trying to make a reservation over the phone is a nightmare. After being on hold for 25 minutes, the phone started to ring. Voila !! A human. No such luck. the phone rang to a voicemailbox telli9ng me it was full and to hang up. It then said goodbye, and cut me off. Crappy service. No wonder they only get 1 Star.

We have regretted signing that contract since the day it happened. We attended a three hour long sales presentation in which we were presented with several selling points which ultimately enticed our purchase, however, they have yet to come to fruition. At the time of purchase we were not given an adequate amount of time to read our contract, nor was our contract read to us.
