We were on vacation in Florida in 2019 when the concierge at the hotel offered is a 3-day stay at our destination of choice for $159 and our time at a two-hour presentation upon arrival. We thought this seemed like a great value so we booked a trip to Myrtle Beach. I was told I could have a 3 month deferment but at 2 mos it's up and I called to delay it since I still not working. They state there is nothing they can do. I can't even use it between covid 19 and no money. It's a sample plan. I just glad that's all it is as this is a terrible place to deal with. Takes forever to get anyone to even contact you, and they know alot of people can't afford to go places now. But they don't care. Money hungry , sorry feeding my kids is more important right now.

Is there anyway to file a class action suit for sales misrepresentation!! They deserve a 0 star. DO NOT BUY WITH THEM IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND FRUSTRATION. Yes I am an owner and wish I had not purchased.

This company plays games with honest people. ll number of choices. Salespeople also said Hilton ownership was so valuable that people passed on ownership in their wills - no one added that it is mandatory, and our heirs will be required to pay maintenance fees for the rest of their lives. We were not allowed time to review the contract before signing, and the terms were never fully explained. We had no idea that maintenance fees would be increased annually. BUYER BEWARE! We have been trying to get in touch with anyone from Hilton Grand Vacations regarding our timeshare. It has been months of us sending letters, emails and online complaints. Finally, we received a "30 day acknowledgment letter" and a letter of denial of our claims artfully crafted to ignore the representations of the HGV sales team. Please don't buy a timeshare from Hilton. I have sent numerous correspondences to this company for several months now disputing the fact that their salespeople misrepresented and lied the entire contract to me. In each response I have received, they only state what is in the contract but they never address any of the concerns or issues I have with my timeshare or the actions of their salespeople during the presentation I attended. In March 2020, I was sold a 4 day/3 night vacation stay at a HGV resort in the Orlando, FL area. The offer was a 'discounted' offer with no expiration that could be used at any time. When asked who the guests would be I stated my wife and 3 teenage children. I was told by the sales person (Ms. April *******) that she would provide a complimentary upgrade to a 1-bedroom suite then for my family. I wish I could personally give this zero stars but they do not give that option. I was told that the company would provide me with 5,000 points in total for listening to a promotion deal they had going on. I said great let me hear the promotion deal for South Carolina, Myrtle Beach. In the call, he mentioned he will be providing me with 15,000 Hilton honors points 3 nights and 4 days stay at a hotel of three choices 200 future cruise credit. We have been writing Hilton Grand Vacations since March 2020 expressing our dissatisfaction regarding our timeshare. It appears that they do not care about its owners and their concerns as ours have been dismissed every time! There are too many inconsistencies in what we were told regarding the product as opposed to what we were sold by the sales team. We want to warn potential customers of their deceptive business practices. We have No confidence in Hilton Grand Vacations and you should Not either!
