Get directionsLike some of the other reviews,I tend to agree that this company deserves less than a one star rating. We purchased a package in 2018 with the understanding that it would be used in April of 2020. The stay was going to be in New York City.Well, along comes covid and we were notified that our stay was cancelled. We were also informed to notify them when we could schedule our trip with them in the future. Fast forward to April 2021, we had not heard anything from HGVC so we contacted them. The customer service rep advised us t... read more

We first visited Hilton Grand Vacations as guests of my sister-in-law. When we arrived, we were told by Hilton Grand Vacations that there was a mandatory sales presentation we had to attend, even though we were not owners. We thought this was strange but agreed since it was only supposed to be an hour. The amount of pressure we felt during this sales presentation was no joke. Hilton's salespeople are schooled on how to push people into buying. It is as if the only way out is to give in just to get out of there. We spent clos... read more
Don't even think about purchasing a timeshare with this company. You will regret it. We signed a contract with Hilton on July 7, 2018. We were completely misled and lied to by their sales representatives. They told us whatever we wanted to hear to get us to sign. It's very apparent now that they just want your money. They told us our package would get us 5-8 days of vacation. We can only get 3-4 days or we only have half of the points needed for a full vacation. There is no availability when we want to vacation. There is no ... read more
We made a big mistake doing business with this company. Our contract with Hilton Grand Vacations has negatively impacted our situation, both financially and emotionally. We attended a presentation with no intention of purchasing a timeshare, however, representatives from this company presented several selling points. We were enticed to a presentation with the promise of a cheap vacation with free activities and gifts. During the presentation, we were pressured into agreeing to sign a contract. We had tried numerous times to ... read more
Good afternoon. I have been trying to contact Hilton in regards to getting out of my timeshare contract. Unfortunately, they have not been very compliant. I received a text message the other day from Hilton asking if I was planning to utilize the property in 2021 or if I wanted out. After receiving this, I know that it is being offered to release me of my contract. Like I said, they have not been very helpful during this process so I wanted to reach out to you all to see if you all can initiate a quicker release. Please let ... read more

Don't waste your money or time doing business with this joke of a company. Since becoming members, we have never been able to make ANY reservations. We have gotten no value from this timeshare because there is none. The contract was signed on May 7, 2016, in Myrtle Beach SC. The sales rep. was Amy Roke and the meeting lasted for 2 hours. The maintenance fee was $1,555.89. Cost was $19,716.33. 5 years later and we have gotten no use out of it. This timeshare has created great harm and is wrecking our lives. We want to get our... read more
Sedona Summit old me a promotional stay (3 nights, 4 days), repeating in person and later on the phone that no presentation was required; it was a 'Covid Promotion' just to get business at their sites. The brochure I was given to highlight the resort options available when I was ready to book was out of date and did not match what the concierge told me when completing the sale. He told me not to worry about the brochure, as it wasn't accurate. It took a week to get the promotion verified, and was informed that everything I'd... read more

Was in Vegas. I was told I was touring Polo Towers. It was a lie. I was a timeshare presentation. When I explained I wasn't interested, the guy working for Polo Towers basically harassed me and tried to force me to buy a timeshare. I said no. I found out later this stuff goes on your credit report. It's all about sales. It's not worth the time or money.
