Well, I wish I had read these reviews before I got sucked in. If you wish to feel like you have been deceived at every corner and impossible to receive a response for anything, sign up you will not be disappointed. My wife and I purchased a vacation and PAID IN FULL. When I go to get on line to book a vacation that "appears" open. It's NOT open!!! We should of done our homework. The concept makes sense, however...the customer service is NOT available 24-7. We are Hilton Diamond Members and they are ALWAYS available. We paid $19,400 and the customer service is a NIGHTMARE!!! Live and Learn!!!

We have sent numerous communications to Hilton Grand Vacations for going on six months arguing the fact that their salespeople lied and misrepresented the WHOLE contract to us. Every response we have received they simply state what is in the contract and they do not address the concerns or issues we have with our timeshare or the actions of their salespeople during the presentation we attended. We called the timeshare directly to give back our contract. It took so long to get a response back that we forgot about and figured they would never reach out! Out of the blue we got a letter in the mail that basically denied any and all frustrations we've had since becoming an owner with Hilton. Don't do a Diamond Resort Time share presentation. You will regret it. Don't get me wrong vacationing is GREAT. Don't fall into the pay in advance scheme. Because then you'll pay to get out. They give you a choice of properties when you buy, then they tell you that property is not available and put you at a property of their choice and tell you the purchase was nonrefundable despite them acknowledging they guaranteed you the requested property at time of purchase. I feel like I have been constantly lied to at every turn of this timeshare. I originally agreed to the sales meeting because I was offered a free vacation in a city where I was running a marathon. The sales meeting was supposed to last 90 minutes, and I ended up being there for an excess of 5 hours. This was just the beginning of the nightmare that I've experience with this company.
