They totally lied to us not one truth!! Keep trying to upgrade us, resorts never have vacancies when you try to book.We were told we could rent luxury homes which is a lie,told we could use points for airfare however you can only use 30% of points 70% you have to pay cash! Recieved vouchers for free weekends for attending seminars I tried to book with voucher they said no vacancies I hung up phone and booked same date with my points and miraculously there was a vacancy you can use vouchers as toilet paper! Yes, I agree with all of these comments. Recently I lost my employment for to covid. I called Hilton and asked if there was any way to put a forbearance or help me in anyway with my payments/mortgage and the answer was there is nothing for relief with covid and losing your job. So I have continued to pay every month since covid started but I have to put a freeze with my bank on these automatic payments because I just can't afford it anymore. I have been trying to terminate my contract with Hilton in March. I have only used this timeshare 2 or 3 times and I will never use it in the future. It has turned out far more expensive than I was told by their salespeople, and it is not worth the money!! Our experience with Hilton Grand Vacations continues to be negative. If you are ever asked to attend a 90 minute presentation, save your time and simply decline! Believe us, if you don't decline, then you will regret ever attending. Hilton's sales representatives are trained to take advantage of innocent consumers and mislead them into purchasing a product that is nothing as it is promised during the presentation. DO NOT BUY WITH HILTON GRAND VACATIONS. I went on vacation and purchased a timeshare from Hilton Grand Vacations. I had recently divorced my husband and felt the purchase to be a good investment for me personally. IT WAS NOT. I was at the meeting for over five hours and they showed me deal after deal, telling me how great this one was or that one. I have purchased 2 packages through them and have had no issues. Yes you have to sit through an hour seminar and the sales people are pushy trying to get you to buy into their timeshare etc but I had absolutely no issues with booking or communication with them. I stayed in Orlando and in Vegas and both resorts were very nice. I did have to pay the taxes and I think a cleaning fee but I can't quite remember but even with that it was totally worth it! Everything we have been told from the sales pitch to the new member orientation has been a lie. To be lied to straight to your face while they say they don't understand why we were told certain things is very disheartening. I will never buy another timeshare, and we are actively seeking to get rid of the one we have. They will tell you you can get free upgrades, trips only cost 1500 points, etc, it is all not true. I asked these guys to remove my number from their list and not call me again twice, and in both instances the salesperson hung up on me. This is not a legitimate business, is not affiliated with Hilton, and should be avoided at all costs.

I just booked a diamond resorts stay (4 days and 3 nights) less than a month ago and was assured by the salesman when I refused the sale because I suggested that his deal would never have good dates available that, "as long as you don't call our Vegas resort on December 20th to book at New Years trip then all locations will have space available - You can get any of our locations as long as you give us a month or so on booking - no blackout dates!"
