Get directionsI have had nothing but headache since I bought a timeshare from Hilton Grand Vacations. My contract number is ********* and I've paid nearly $12,000, all for nothing!! I have been trying to get in touch with them for months and they are unwilling to correspond with me. How is a company like this able run a scam like this and still have an 'A' rating from the BBB? Hilton Grand Vacations is the most pernicious company on the face of the earth. I need something to be done about this.

We used a purchased promotional package for a 3-night stay that required us to attend a meeting as part of the promotion, We had no intention of making any changes. It was very busy some kind of sales promotion pushing sales that weekend, The first presenter went over information and we declined any changes two or three times. He would leave and come back with another proposal and we said no. Then his manager came in with multiple offers and we said we still declined, This manager just kept showing us more offers. I think we... read more

We have been the victims of a timeshare scam. Hilton Grand Vacations perpetrated blatant misrepresentations and conned us into purchasing a timeshare which has proved to be nothing but a needless burden on our family. In the beginning, they invited us to a 3-day vacation at one of their new properties in Orlando for $99. We thought this was a good deal and they said we'd have to sit through a short presentation and we would also get park tickets plus a future $200 room credit and also 5000 points towards our Hilton Honors Cl... read more

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HILTON GRAND VACATIONS! In June of 2018, we purchased a timeshare in Myrtle Beach, and in May of 2019, an upgrade. On both occasions, the sales representatives used high-pressure sales tactics on us to purchase that day or the deals would be lost. We had a lot of trouble with availability when we agreed to the upgrade, but unfortunately, when we upgraded the circumstances did not change and we are paying a lot more money for the same results. Availability when making a reservation is minimal and the cost... read more

Me and my wife were promised that our points can be used to buy air miles, this was the only reason we signed up because we have family in Europe and the points would have let us visit them every year. I try to book a flight after buying in and they refuse to do it telling me that they do not let people use their points for flights.... total scam company! run do not walk away from diamond resorts.

The issues for us started right at the beginning. We were upsold the whole time we were meeting with the sales staff. We were promised an abundance of Honors points if we signed up for the AMEX cards and we reluctantly did. Well in a surprise turn of events our points were processed for someone in China! It took us numerous phone calls, which we've come to understand is consistently what it takes to get any responses. And then every time you try to talk to someone at the company to get any problem resolved it's like starting... read more

First of all, I was lied to about this. I was told several times before the presentation for this began that it wasn't a timeshare, it was only a points program. They said it before, during, and after the presentation when they were trying to get me to sign up for it. They made it sound like I would only be paying the set monthly payments for the years that I wanted the points. That is the ONLY reason I agreed to it. Now due to Covid I've lost both jobs and can longer afford it. I thought, ok that's fine, I'll just call and ... read more

I've called and visited the website several times already and they have not helped, as I said in the statement above.
Diamond Resorts is the absolute worst people to deal with. 2 years ago we were coerced in to going into a Sampler "membership". we were told by the sales people that at the end, if we decided not to purchase into a full ownership that our money would be refunded to us in full, no harm no foul, even pointing out Florida Statutes 721.08 and 721.10. Well, our sampler ended and of course, Diamond says "you don't get your money back, we don't care what the sales guy told you, you obviously didn't read the contract". This is NOT a... read more
Business response:
I don't want anything to do with your organization ever again! Your sales guys lied, and we paid the price. I won't let that happen to anyone I know, come in contact with, have conversations with. I will make sure every one knows it's a trap and a RIP OFF.
They are unethical and completely out of integrity. We were lied to and deceived and I was truly disappointed with our experience with Diamond Resorts. A company full of a bunch of empty promises. Walk away! You'll regret doing business with them if you don't.
Business response:
We are saddened to hear about your negative experience with us. If you have any specific concerns you would like us to look into, please email *****************@diamondresorts.com. -GP
