Get directionsMy husband and i bought into this joke as well! We just found out we were pregnant with second child and went to the State fair and won a free trip to Disneyland. Go to this presentation to get your trip. Ok, no problem. 90 min. turned into 6. Never got to take the trip because of pregnancy problems. Also won another trip couldn't go on that, they only give you certain times during the week to take the trip not even affiliated with Diamond Resorts. Received an Ipad thing that was worthless. They lied about the resorts being ... read more

I've been more than patient with Hilton and they're starting to really run thin. I purchased in November 2018 because I was an honors member. The meetings I had with Daniel ******* made it seem like a no brainer to sign up. He asked questions like, "do you travel... do you vacation?" Of course I do, like most people. But those questions are a way to start small and trick you into signing up for something that doesn't help you "travel or vacation." I've never used it and don't plan on it. I looked into the usage and to be hon... read more

When I arrived at Hilton Grand Vacation - Las Vegas for a presentation, Cindy ***** met me, offered a drink & snack. I told her right then I am not here to buy a timeshare. She said we would meet with one of the VP's and discuss all the advantages of being here. That hour-long presentation was strictly about how many vacation spots you will have available to you. He showed pictures of all the luxurious spots, he & his family had been too. A brief explanation about points, but never mentioned anything about the timeshare. Fro... read more

If I was given the option to rate my experience with zero stars then I absolutely would with no hesitation. Hilton Grand Vacations does not deserve even half a star. I wrote a letter to the company expressing our issues and requested a cancellation and now months later we have gotten nowhere. They seem to be ignoring our issues but are very persistent in calling us about making payments. Now they have threatened us with foreclosure even though we have explained to them that we just want out of our contract and they will make... read more

We were definitely coersed into buying in Branson Missouri. They stood over us and any mention of thinking it over before we committed was met by 4 to 5 people hovering over us until we signed. It was like we could not get away. Now they are constantly telling us that we do not have enough points for the things we were promised we could do, and that we should buy more points. The amount you pay in maintenance fees would pay for a luxury vacation just about anywhere without constraints. DON"T .

Diamond Resorts Sales Team is the Sleaziest Liars one can find, especially when they are Corporate Sales. Do not purchase with them! Stay away!
I remember the first time I spoke with a sales representative at HGVC. I had been offered a 4-day tour at Parc Soleil and Tuscany Village (both in Orlando, FL) several times. I had been a Hilton Honors members for years up to that point and, for the most part, like the Hilton brand. I toured both properties and ended up getting a timeshare. I soon discovered not all was at is appeared to be. I'm going to share with you my experience as an owner of multiple timeshares with HGVC in hopes that you see through the gimmicks. If y... read more

Hello William, we're disappointed to hear all of this. Please know we value your feedback and we've passed this along to the appropriate team to address your concerns further.
Do much research before hand, we didn't quite understand what we were signing up for, very much got pressured twice, first apparently a "sampler package" and was told to turn it at an update meeting into a permanent because its a "no brainer and we would be losing if we didn't". Cant afford to keep up with this and now over $26,000 loss from our retirement just to get the interest rate down as they told us to do. We cannot get ahold of anyone to figure out how to give it back and maybe put that money towards some real family... read more

I received an email from Hilton Grand Vacations stating that I could travel to Orlando, FL for 4 days, 3 nights for $99. My best friend worked for Disney in West Tennessee, so we decided to book the special for September and explore Orlando since this was our first time there and we wanted to use her perks at Disney. After upgrading the room and visiting during peak season, the total cost of the room was actually more than $500 for the stay, not $99 plus tax. I was told that I would have to sit through a 45-minute presentati... read more
