2 years ago we were given the opportunity to sit for one of their Sales Pitch presentation and sold us a $15K deed and saying we can book the hotels we want when we need them during the year. I signed up for 4000 points (Every Other Year) program and I pay $270 a month and over 1000$ in maintenance fee. little did we know, timeshare is a total scam regardless to what company sells them. now I have been paying 270$ every month with maintenance fee every year for past two years and has little to no satisfaction with my timesha... read more

On 07/07/2020 me and my wife stayed at theSuites at fall creek in Branson Missouri. Although we are diamond owners we were told we had to attend one of the tours since we hadn't been to one for some years. The first rep that we talked to was nice until we said no to the deal he was trying to pitch us and then he began the bullying tactics. We continued to refuse and he got downright mean and questioning our intelligence (both my wife and I are veterans and RNs). Don't every buy one from the presentation, these timeshares are worth zero! You can get them for $1.00 at eBay! Don't fall for their package deals and the Hilton Honors reward points. If you want to stay at any of their HGVC Hotels book at sites like Expedia or any other online. If you are dying to buy one, buy them at eBay or similar site, research the seller of course. Lot of the timeshare resale companies actually resell them in eBay! HGVC presentations are riddled with fraudulent and deceptive practices at the presentati... read more

Hilton Grand Vacations has earned a reputation of lying to and deceiving people into legal contracts. While there are many who I am sure enjoy their "investment" I was lied to about mine. Hilton Grand Vacations is a company that preys on unassuming vacationers with high-pressure sales tactics. Diamond had scammed us from the very beginning, we initially bought a "starter" package for 10 ten years with 7500 points, we were not able to book any vacation that we wanted. Last year we had to settle on Ormond Beach at the Cove, of course we had to attend a sales presentation, in which Jeremy informed us if we wanted broader options we would have to upgrade, he talked us into an additional 20000 points with a sampler package, we should have read the fine lines, the sampler only has selective vacation spots. Ibook a vacation but I lost the cellphone which had the conformation I called Diamond Reports and was told I'll receive another Email with all the reservation Information but I never received the Email

In August of 2018 my family vacationed in Florida, using my fatherinlaw's Diamond resorts timeshare. We were required to attend a sales presentation. The agents gave us numbers that were way too high. We explained there was no way we could afford it, we were living paycheck to paycheck with 3 teenage daughters. The floor manager came back with something we thought we could afford and offered us a dream holiday for 2 people to go to Hawaii for free, including airfare. We entered into an agreement with your Hilton Grand Vacations on September 28, 2017, and then upgraded on May 21, 2019. At the time of purchase, their representative, Torry ******, presented several selling points which ultimately enticed us to buy but did not come to fruition. During an excruciatingly long 4-hour upgrade presentation, we were uncertain of anything.
