Reading all these comments is making me sick to my stomach. I got married on January 11, 2020 in Ormond Beach Florida. I reserved hotel rooms for my wedding guests at the Diamond Resorts in Daytona Beach. On check out I was solicited to purchase a room for future stay at any of the Diamond Resorts of my choice for just $149 for 4 days, 3 nights. Okay, I've been trying for a week to book something with no luck. No call backs, no e-mails back, and I can't book online. This is for a sampler package booking. Why is it that I come here and find out that the Sampler Team has been reduced? They don't have telework capability? The lack of support still does not negate that I paid for something I can't seem to use right now. And I'm on a time crunch to use these points. How can I get a hold of someone to book a vacation?

Absolute worst purchase of my life, filled with nothing but frustration, anger & regret. The sales people, management and many others are nothing but liars, bullies and con artists. This company is nothing more than financial rapists. They don't have 1 single resort that you can't go to without them but MANY of their resorts you can't get into because they only have a few rooms there which are constantly booked. We bought o Er 20 yrs ago when company was still Sunterra. We enjoyed our vacations. Then it went bankrupt and Diamond took over. Since then the customer service has become worse. Maintenance fees sky rocketed and increase each year. Sales pitches are rude and high pressure. No matter how many times we decline . It seems like there is a pattern here. First of all, the sales rep claimed that they had an accreditation from the BBB. Looking on the right of my screen, they do not. The sales rep was high pressure and was incredibly pushy throughout the presentation. We eventually caved an purchased a Sampler Package. (This was nearly a year ago). It was a scam. They never gave us the rebate, even though I jumped through every hoop. I still have all the paperwork on it. They owe me $200, and have stopped receiving my emails. Highly disappointed! I visited with my family in July 2019. We were told by Rane the "sampler pkg Mgr" that we could freeze the price of the package for 90 days and make a decision whether we wanted it or not by then. 2 days later I got a credit card inquiry against my credit which I questioned and he said it was standard procedure. I sent a letter via email to him before the 90 days were up as he requested and he never replied or acknowledged it. They never cancelled the sampler I was supposed to have "on hold".
