I've called multiple times over the last 3 weeks and no one has responded back to me. They also told me several lies when they were selling me their sampler package and now they won't even respond. No information on their website to help either. When i called back in April they told me their offices were closed until May 1. Well it's now May 21 & I can't get in touch with anyone over phone or e-mail. I'm not sure why they need an office to answer a phone with all of the available technology today.

LIARS, CHEATS, THIEVES!!! This is the worst company ever, only gave one star because there is not an option for ZERO stars. They are a disgrace to the human race. The worst of the worst and not one of them has a soul. Don't get fooled by their shady sales people, they will try to befriend you and then rob you blind. There are all kinds of promises of personal assistance with bookings after you buy, but that is a pack of deceptive lies. I've never been more discouraged by customer service than when I try to speak to anyone at Hilton Grand Vacations. I bought at Sunrise Lodge back in 2017 and were convinced time and time again that this purchase was highly valuable and is so sought after that we could sell it back no problem if we changed our mind. Pretty sure that was an entire lie. Really tired of the back and forth on this with Hilton. They said they'd buy back but now they won't honor that. I need some clarity and ownership from Hilton.

I am very upset and distressed . We purchased into the HGV in March immediately before the pandemic happened. Since then, my husband had emergency eye surgery. He is the only driver in the family and we don't know when or if he will be well enough to see in order to travel. Our saleswoman promised us the moon . I now see that she said many things to get us to purchase which were untrue. I recently contacted Hilton to cancel my contract, and it came as another disappointment that I'm being told "no." I received a letter from the company denying every claim I made, I was informed line by line of the true contract that I signed. I was told where to initial next to these paragraphs that the sales team did NOT represent accordingly in the "pitch." I have never been more confused in my life. I purchased my original contract with ******** out in Las Vegas. I'll give the benefit of the doubt that the new construction was rather nice, to why I will give 2 stars. BUT I've been trying to cancel my timeshare for months and ******** keeps telling me that Hilton purchased my contract and I owe them. " The Worst High Pressured Experience Ever!!!! We were told so many inaccuracies during a sales presentation that we attended in Myrtle Beach, SC. The whole time we spent there was very frustrating, we had small children with us and they kept us there a total of 6 hours! There are many hidden fees that were never disclosed during the presentation and even during the signing of the contract. Anyone considering a timeshare with HGV, please read these reviews and reconsider. I have thrown so much money away with this company, and they do not have the decency to reply to emails...today I sent the 3rd one in 7 weeks. And that was after 3 phone calls of getting nowhere.
