Get directionsI was coaxed into going to a timeshare presentation back in June of last year. The meeting lasted at least two hours with a presentation included. They offered four days, three nights, $200 towards a stay at a Hilton brand hotel if I came to the meeting. They offered an additional 10,000 points if I purchased the grand vacation package. They offered to open a new Hilton Honors American Express for charges that would be used to increase Hilton Honors each month where $1 would equal 7 points providing a quick way to increase p... read more

I have been fighting with Hilton for almost 2 years now. I was conned into signing my life away by a dishonest sales person with Hilton. Hilton Grand Vacations will not take any responsibility for what they have done even when I have evidence of this. Hilton Grand Vacations is a complete and total scam and NO ONE should ever purchase from them again. The amount of money I have given to this company is absolutely outrageous. Hilton has continuously strung me along and has been absolutely no help with any of my issues. I have ... read more

ZERO stars!! Stay Away!!! This company is filled with scam artists. They practice fraudulent misrepresentation to get your signature! They answer questions with false information all to get you to sign their contract. Diamond resorts is a business that runs on deceit! It's such a shame that I've lost all trust in a business. I am usually good with getting all my questions covered. But I was bamboozled this time. The sampler package was advertised to us where we can travel to ANY Diamond resorts that members use only to find ... read more
When we received a phone call from a telemarketing group offering a promotional weekend in Las Vegas at little to no cost, we assumed that this was a great opportunity. The only catch was that we had to attend a "brief" presentation. After arriving for the meeting, we sat through a very aggressive vacation club presentation and ended up purchasing our first HGV property for around $18,000.00. Our sales representative was Katie S******. The presentation took around 4 hours and each document we were to sign was rapidly summari... read more

We received a phone call in 2010 from Hilton inviting us for a three-night stay in Las Vegas at one of their properties in exchange for listening to a sales presentation. We paid for our airfare and went to Vegas in November 2010 for the complimentary stay. We were led to believe before we even made the trip that we would be able to buy a timeshare in Las Vegas. When it came time to actually buy the timeshare the salesman said that they had no more properties in Vegas but how about Orlando? Disappointed, we balked at the loc... read more

I am a member of the Hilton Hotel chain. I liked the idea of having a "Free Vacation", so when I got a call from Hilton Grand Vacations to come to a presentation, I accepted. It turns out it was a timeshare presentation. They made it sound like a great deal, and we would come out ahead on vacation cost. It was discovered later that the number of points sold was not enough to go anywhere desired during peak season. The sales rep was Randy O*****. I got another phone call a year later to come review and revisit them in Las Veg... read more

In the beginning, I was cold-called by a person out of Florida. She was very persistent & insisted I book a vacation to Kona, Hawaii to visit the resort & view a 1-hour presentation. The first presentation we said no to, but they asked us to come back at a cost of airline tickets only and view another presentation. After about 2 hours of very convincing arguments, we agreed to purchase a 1 bedroom every other year in Florida, because it was a cheaper resort. We continued to get calls offering us almost free vacations. We fin... read more

I was offered a 4-night stay at a resort in Orlando to view a timeshare presentation. My wife could not make it to the presentation but I went ahead anyway. The salesmen promised me amazing vacations. They said, "anywhere anytime". The whole presentation was really hyped-up. All of the salesmen seemed very aggressive and pushy. Something didn't feel right. I eventually caved in and reluctantly signed. The next day, after getting a chance to sleep on the decision, I realized that it was a huge mistake. I went online to do a m... read more

I purchased a timeshare from Hilton back in August 2019. I approached Hilton 2 days after I buried my wife after 40 years together. I told them that my wife had passed away and that I could no longer afford it as my household income had been cut in half. I needed all of the money that I was earning to help regain some sense of normalcy in my life after my wife's passing. I explicitly told them that their program was for married people, and I wanted to cancel my contract or have them take it back. They outright denied my requ... read more
