We have been Diamond members for several years, but in the past couple of years we have seen a drastic increase in the costs, a drastic decline in the number of accommodations and a great increase in the amount of pressure for "updates" aka sales presentations. We are not happy and would urge others not to get involved with this company.

Diamond resorts sales person stated they have adult only all exclusive that's a lie.

Diamond resorts must be mistaken if you go to the website the homepage click filter select All Exclusive and scroll down to the bottom of the page it states: Search Results We did not find any results that meet all of the criteria you selected. Please try again with different criteria. And that was just asking for all exclusive not adults only. And they listed foreign country adults only all exclusive we don't have passports nor do we travel out of country.

STAY AWAY; WORST COMPANY EVER Diamond resorts promise you the world, but once you want to make a reservation you discover that you can't get into their website to reserve, and what they promised would be enough for a yearly vacation, does not take you far, you would need to wait a few years to have enough points to travel, its all a BIG LIE. From what I've read now, they laugh at how they made a fool of you, so DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LIES; PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS

My husband and I love visiting Los Abrigados in Sedona. We purchased a 4 day/3 night Bounce Back vacation package in October 2018 from the concierge desk in Los Abrigados. In February 2019 we booked this vacation package in Sedona for October 2019 to find out that we could not stay at Los Abrigados nor another Diamond property but basically a motel. I wish I could give this company 0 stars. We signed up for a 3 night stay at one of their resorts and we were promised a $150 Visa gift card and a 5 night cruise for 2. We booked and as the time came closer we called to confirm. We were told they removed their sales force from Miami and that since we already had our flights booked we could still go and not do the presentation but would receive everything we were promised. In hindsight, I feel like I was pressured/sweet-talked into the timeshare purchase. I was assigned a "southerner" - Jimmy, the sales rep is from Georgia and the rep assisting me when I arrived at the sales presentation said, "I have just the guy to meet with you today". He is from about 30 minutes from where you live. Jimmy even still has his GA cell phone number that he gave me. After about an hour of the presentation, then Jimmy brought in Dean, his boss. I own a HGVC managed timeshare in Marco Island, fixed week, high rise unit on the beach in March, 7000 points. Last year for the first time ever we couldn't get there so I decided to join HGVC, bank our points, thinking it would be great to have the opportunity to visit other locations at a later time. Don't fall for anything the Diamond Resorts sales representatives have to say it is all a scam! If you own timeshare weeks with another company, DO NOT let them talk you into the Diamond Resorts point system. It will never be comparable to what you already have and it will cost you a lot of money. My experience with Hilton grand vacations has literally completely altered my view of Hilton hotels entirely. WOW, what a joke and a scam. I thought this was a credible and respectable company! I was sitting in the hotel lobby WORKING with my headphones in (clearly busy) when a man started trying to hustle me into buying this vacation.
