Never accidentally overpay your maintenance fee on line!! I did, now just try and get your refund in a timely manor. I informed them that I mistakenly paid them twice for my annual fees online. I Called the next day and was told by the receptionist that it would be a 5 to 10 day wait for that to happen. Here I am 21 days later and two follow up phone calls, each call advising me that they would contact the finance section and it takes 5 to 10 days for that to process, just be patient. I have been requesting and waiting for this refund for over 23 days hearing words just like what you wrote to me. This company is absolute garbage! They are dishonest weasels that scam you out of money!! Our experience with them has been nothing but horrible!! Since they bought out Grand Monarch, we have had issues starting with them not telling us about it. Then we vacationed in Vegas where we were literally forced into buying in to diamond because our account was still with Monarch by telling us about substantial maintenance fee increases if we didn't. They don't ever give you the option to get out of the timeshare even if it is fully... read more

Same story as so many others. We purchased a Sampler Package (ie the Sucker Package) at Cabo Azul and were told we would have access to the bank of other timeshares all over the world that Diamond purchases off of other people that we could just pay cash for. We were sold on this because there were only a handful of destinations in the sampler anyway. We live outside of Sedona and have a location in Sedona, so the 1/2 dozen AZ options weren't exactly a deal maker. The fictitious access to other timeshare destinations for cas... read more

Horrible kept me over the time limit with multiple sales people. I said No! Kept pressuring me I still said no.

When staying in this hotel in early July 2019, my sister's family and I had two adjacent rooms reserved. The air conditioning unit in one of the rooms caught on fire while during our stay. While nobody was in the room at the time, the fire caused the evacuation of the hotel. The water damage from the sprinkler system caused belongings in both rooms to be destroyed. I found airfare to Florida for only $150 a ticket round trip. Since the flight would be during the kids' winter break, I jumped on it. We can figure out what our agenda would be later. It was already November, so there wasn't a lot of time to figure it out. I have been an owner with Hilton for more than 15 years. *************************************************************** *******************. The value I have received through my years of travel has far exceeded the price I paid for the program (and that's including the annual maintenance fees.) I've been a Hilton member for years, which is why I'd like to expose the Terrible service by Hilton Grand Vacations. They say that they don't do high pressure sales. But yet from the time my wife and I showed up for their presentation, they give you multiple sales pitches with multiple sales reps. And I'd know, because I've been in Sales myself for over 30 years, so I know what a Sales pitch is, and this one in particular was extremely high pressure.
