Went through the glitzy process in NYC. Was led to believe that we would have a LOT of options and almost no fees, and the exact opposite is true. Not sure how this is happening but I am getting the billing statements way after they're supposedly sent and they're constantly adding late fees and interest for payments I didn't even know were due. And in less than 30 days they send to collections. I would write off the loss and get rid of it if I could. Have never had a worse experience with any purchase.
We entered this timeshare agreement because we were lead to believe it to be a great financial investment. We were led to believe that we could enjoy vacation time at a discounted rate by investing in the purchase of the right to stay in Las Vegas or any other Hilton property. We were told how great it was that upon our death our children would benefit from having inherited the vacation home in Las Vegas. When we initially purchased in 2015, we had received an offer to go to Orlando for a cheap price if we would sit through a timeshare presentation at HGVC. We decided to use it as a chance to take our kids on a mini-vacation to Orlando. Tahoe Seasons Resorts really is not a great company if you ask me. My experience was miserable. I still to this day pay $1,052 a year in maintenance, and for what? The last time we visited was so horrible we stop coming. It was in such bad shape. I can not believe I wasted my money with this resort. They have not held up their end of the bargain at all. They still take our money to maintain this property but do not maintain it. They lied to me at the beginning, or lack the management to follow through either way they failed ... read more
Watch out everybody. This company is bad bad. They are sharks. They get you in and lay the guilt trip on you. After we wrote a letter to cancel they called and said they get in trouble for us canceling. They make you feel guilty. The finance part is a nightmare. The personnel in that dept are callous and will make your life ****. They will not explain charges on your account. DO NOT LET THEM get your account number. Bad return for your money.

Worse Decision I ever made, The small details they don't tell you and how they tailor what they show you based on the questionnaire you fill out in the beginning, Example if you select Hawaii and International travel they will show you only Hawaii and small base in UK. Let me begin by saying I'm a reasonably smart guy. I thought i could match wits with a sales agent. Nope! I'm handicapped by trust and being honest. These sales people are 'professionals'. They are devious, highly trained, deceptive, manipulative liars and thieves. They are very creative. No matter what they tell you, only what is written on the hundreds of pages of the contract maters in the end. There is NO recourse after signing! Their escalation' appeals process is a joke. We were lyed to from the start the rep chased us down after we had left...and promised us a free gift anyway so we decided to go to the resort and preview...we drove 15 mins away got up out our warm bed just to be lyed to again...just know this well not be the last time they will hear from me cause I'm seeing the company for racial discrimination.
