The two hour time share gathering turned out to be three hours of extreme sales pressure. When you say no, another sales person enter and the price drops in half. We said no again, another sales person enters. Four different sales people, four different prices. The presure was unreal. They were rude, demanding, and very insulting.

I have been a loyal fan of Hilton Grand Vacations for a very long time (going on 10 years), but I have to say that since they went public as a separate company, they are HORRIBLE! We renegotiated our contract about a year or two ago (I've been fighting so long I can't recall the exact date), and the sales person we dealt with swore up and down that on a 2 bedroom unit, "the taxes are the taxes are the taxes...they are all the same amount." My timeshare was previously owned by Amber Resorts. Then sold to Diamonds Resorts. I never spoke to diamonds resort until tonight. 1st impression are the best impression and I do not have a vibe from this company. And from reading this reviews I am not alone. I was told that nothing would change. Everything would be the same as amber resort.....NOT! How you go from 5300 points to 1003.5 points! What's with the .5 REALLY! huge difference. As a Hilton Honors member, in August of 2018, I was offered a complimentary 2 nights/3 days stay at a Hilton property in Manhattan, New York. That trial offering resulted in my purchasing for $1,795.00, a VIP program that required usage by February of 2020 in one of 7 locations, including Myrtle Beach, SC. I decided to utilize my HH points and spend 3 nights at Hilton Grand Vacations Ocean Enclave, in Myrtle Beach, SC. I purchased a Diamond Resorts Sampler Package in 2018. At the time I purchased my plan I was told that I could use my plan for weekend trips, that I had a total of 3 years to use my plan, and that after I went on my first vacation I had access to more resorts domestically and internationally. Due to the coronavirus, our guest from Seattle is not able to fly to Arizona. And while this reservation was purchased as a "promotion", I contacted Diamond Res.orts on March 7, 2020 which is OVER 30 days ADVANCE NOTICE to cancel this reservation. I'm being told that no, Diamond Resorts will not cancel this reservation. Diamond Resorts is the outlandishly most uncooperative vacation leisure company and chooses to provide HORRIFIC customer service. So far, I am glad I did not purchase into the program. I sat through the presentation last July at Ocean Beach Club in Virginia Beach and received the certificate as promised. I activated it and have waited patiently to get within the 60 day window prior to travel before booking. Now I am told there is no availability to book the certificate at any destination. However.... if I go directly to book as average Joe off the street, there is plenty of availability. That available just poofs away as soon as I attempt to use the ce... read more

DO NOT TRUST THE HILTON BRAND!!!!!!! Being a timeshare owner with Hilton Grand Vacations has been a nightmare, to say the least. Hilton hires a bunch of scam artists that will tell you lie after lie!!! They are bullying people into purchasing timeshares after being forced to sit in an hour presentation, that in actuality was never intended to last 1 hour. I have been a faithful owner with Hilton for 20 years. I now know that when you purchase a timeshare with Hilton, they intentionally withhold the truth that the contract you are signing is FOR LIFE. They make it so that they can levy any fees against you that they want without any reasonable evidence that it is necessary. Each time I reach out to Hilton, they disregard my concerns as unimportant. This is UNACCEPTABLE customer service, especially towards a long-time customer.
