I've called 150-200 times over the last 3 weeks; leaving a message every day. I've sent 2 emails a day also a no response from either. I bought the sampler packet for $4K. I don't want my money back, I just want someone to call and tell me they stole my money. I'm I'm the military and wife is a school teacher, so of course we have plenty of money to throw away (sarcastically laughing). What a disgrace Diamond! -Chris & Dana L********

DON'T DO IT... HGV is a scam...they lie and they cheat...the make promises they don't deliver on and they move really quick to get you in. They tell you they will help you sell and do nothing... They tell you that prices on maintenance fees won't change they go up every year... They tell you when you book a stay that you have to go to an owners update only to bribe you into a place they say is only 90 minutes for entirely NEW WAY of Selling UP... Every complaint on this forum that I have read is true and I have plenty more stores of lies, broken promises and complete horror stories to add. I implore everyone save your health and sanity by never buying a time share.

I have been working with the Diamond Transition team since early 2019. I have paid all fees and returned all paperwork needed to complete the transfer. After not hearing for them and receiving my 2020 fees, I contacted them in early December 2019 and was told there was additional paperwork needed. I was told they would be mailing it out. Still have not received it and have gotten no replies to emails. The Transitions department appears to lack follow through and integrity. We were contacted numerous times by HGV to come and take a trip to Myrtle Beach and stay for a very small cost. We were told that it would only be a 2-hour meeting. This meeting ended up being almost 7 hours. We had our kids with us and during the meeting kept telling them that we really needed to go because we didn't want our kids to have to sit there that long and that we wanted them to get something to eat. I was called by the Hilton Grand Vacation Club in regards to attending a timeshare presentation. In exchange, they offered me a 4-night stay in Las Vegas for a great deal for $250.00 for a four-night stay there. From there it was nothing but a nightmare. After getting to the presentation. I had waited for multiple hours to be spoken to. Then when I was spoken to about the timeshare, I had my doubts and really did not want to pursue. I have reached out to Hilton Grand Vacations time and time again to cancel my contract. I reached out to portfolio services and the resales department and both have refused to help me. I'm furious that the resales team responded saying that my timeshare is only worth 7-8k dollars. I have been charged over 30k for my contract. A zero rating is appropriate, but "1" is lowest allowed. PURCHASING FROM HILTON GRAND VACATIONS WAS ONE OF THE WORST IF NOT THE WORST DECISION OF OUR LIVES. From our experience a beautiful picture is painted for you of a lifetime of family vacations at the snap of your finger, magic. All smiles and warm fuzzies. I own free and clear week 26 in Va Beach {beach qtrs}. The main. fees are about $900. a yr. I cant afford it anymore and Diamond will only take it back if I pay them 1000 +. They can ***** **.
