Don't use this company! I booked a vacation stay at a hotel in Virginia Beach through Diamond Resorts. When I emailed the address I was given to cancel the stay due to coronavirus, they refused to confirm my cancellation and Refused to refund the additional $200 high season fee I paid to book my stay at the beach hotel. I took it upon myself to call the hotel to confirm my cancellation, and they told me that my reservation never even existed and that the confirmation number i was given was inconsistent with the confirmation ... read more

I had no idea the rate of exchange and how the point system truly worked until after they lied to me and made me sign. We used it once, meaning RCI, and the exchange was terrible. We were told that we could convert points too, no problem, then when we went there there was a fee. What we've realized is there are fees to EVERYTHING and we're tired of it. Hilton Grand Vacation Club is a SCAM!!!!! This is nothing but a Ponzi scheme with the name "Hilton" on it. Hilton Grand Vacations is NOT the same company as Hilton the hotel brand, and it is obvious if you have ever dealt with them. HGVC has done nothing but lie to us up and down!! They tricked us into a timeshare and pushed us to take out a mortgage at a horrendous rate, BUT THE TIMESHARE IS WORTHLESS!!! We bought 28 years ago.....WORST thing we ever did. EVERY time we went 'on vacation' it was harassment...calling, calling, trying to get us to come to a 'meeting' which was a push to buy more and upgrade and promise you the world. We ended up with points, and have not used it in over 12 years. They don't get that people lose their jobs, have cancer or some life threatening affliction. All they do is keep sending bills and don't care one way or the other, to get money. They are the biggest rip off on the face of the earth!!!!... read more

Its now 3 days later. They NEVER get back to you. But they send you bills. Sooo over it. We WANT OUT!!!!!!!! MY husband has cancer and we DO NOT travel anymore....and have not for many years.....they expect you to pay $5000 a year in maintenance, when you can go on vacation anywhere for a **** of a lot less!!!!!!!!!!! I had the BEST experience with Leanne B***** a representative for this company. She turned a not so good experience from our first visit into a very helpful one. After many questions and emails. She was very attentive, helpful and courteous in making sure that my requests and questions were answered. I appreciate all her hard work and wish more companies had associates that cared. I have been attempting to cancel my timeshare since my purchase date and I'm very defeated by Hilton Grand Vacations. I have worked tirelessly against this big giant company who's way more concerned about their financial well-being and doesn't give a you know what about their owners. I got a letter from Russel ******* that basically said everything is my fault, I've made my bed, and to lie in it. In connection with a "Sampler-Contract" signed in Cabos I contacted Diamond Resorts via email Contact Us at diamond resorts. In return they send an email telling me that they will contact me within 48 hours. The next email said: "I have forwarded your email to the correct department, they will contact you either over email or phone. I am frankly so tired of this run around my family has gotten from Hilton. We had called and emailed to get our ownership ended. We finally got a response from Tracy-Ann Suanders a few months ago to where she was going to help us! We were so relieved that she could help us cancel but she never reached back out. I waited and waited and never got a return call or email.
