So far NO good. I purchased their VIP (Vacation Introduction Program) while on vacation at one of their hotels after attending their sales presentation. This was just prior to the Covid-19 pandemic. So I will cut them a little slack for some of the customer service issues I have had over the last four months. I own a timeshare at Planet Hollywood Towers-Westgate that was later sold to Hilton Grand Vacations Elara-contract Four zero five zero zero three eight nine four zero-Zero four zero In 2009, We were offered tickets to a Las Vegas show if we listened to a timeshare presentation. The way they handle every complaint we've had about our ownership is ridiculous. We have almost exhausted all of our options in trying to be relieved of this timeshare we were coerced into purchasing and lied to about almost every aspect of the contract. From being harassed by staff, and being accused of stealing because of "miscommunication" (when we all knew it was because of the color of my skin), I am livid and let down by a company that is supposed to care about their customers. We had plans of spending lots of time travelling and using HGV as our destinations. Now due to covid, we can not travel anywhere and my husband's job is on hold until at least Jan 2021 and we can not afford the payments. We called HGV and they refused to do anything to help us. We need to get out of this contract and we even asked them to take it back and keep the money we paid over the years, just let us out of the contract. They said no. I am fed up with Hilton Grand Vacations. I have been tirelessly trying to get out of my timeshare with this company for months. Letters, emails, online complaints. All they can say is "sorry about your frustrations with the ownership - all others are happy". Mind you, they have lied and conned me into purchasing something without fully disclosing information about the actual costs of the timeshare itself. I bought a travel package last year with HGV and I'm highly unsatisfied at the fact that not even on the state of a global pandemic are they willing to refund me, how ima supposed to travel and have fun with all this COVID-19 going on ?! Hilton wrongfully sold me a Timeshare under completely false pretenses. Now they are refusing to let me out and just continuing to pass me off as if it is no big deal. This is a big deal. This is a huge burden that is over my head due to the fact that Hilton lied to get me to sign with them. I am tired of them not taking any responsibility not making anything right. Please do not ever buy with Hilton.

I stayed at one of Diamonds Resorts with my daughter last year and attended a presentation. I did purchase a sampler package and have been paying every month with no issue. After sending about 5 emails, I finally was able to get someone on the phone today. I expressed my concern about the sampler gives me vacation options that are areas with high number covid-19 cases and I do not fill comfortable traveling with my young daughter to these states. Not to mention have to quarantine 2 weeks when we get there and another 2 weeks... read more

Our customer service experience has made us come to the decision to request that our timeshare contract be terminated immediately. We were promised luxurious amenities when we were presented with this timeshare offer with your salespeople. Disappointingly, we took an unsavory vacation to Hawaii. The place we stayed at had a broken faucet and it was only cleaned once a week.
