I purchased a package and was informed there would be no fees to switch locations of the package which isn't true and I was never told there were no refunds. These people are high pressure sales for timeshare vacations and such. I would like a refund as I was misconstrued i would like this taken care of appropriately.

I wish to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the timeshare we purchased from Hilton. We were promised a gift for attending a presentation which turned out to be a five-hour-long pushy sales pitch. Despite our reluctance, we took the deal with the hope that we could enjoy memorable vacations with our family. However, our experience has been anything but enjoyable. Regrettably, our attempts to address our concerns with Hilton were met with dismissiveness and unhelpfulness. Our membership with HGV began in 2008, and in 2020, we made the unfortunate decision to upgrade, a choice we deeply regret. The sales tactics employed by HGV were aggressive and high-pressure, leaving us with a sense of manipulation and coercion. Hilton Grand Vacations is a disappointment! The locations and accommodations look amazing but you can't actually ever book any of them like the sales pitch explains. The sales pitch is extremely deceptive and misleading. In hindsight I feel like they are predators. I have been a member for two years and have been unable to book with my points, bonus points, or saved points. In March we were visiting Oahu Hawaii and were solicited by HGV to listen to a presentation by getting some money off on a luau we wanted to attend. We agreed and the salesman gave a nice presentation showed us two properties we would be staying in if we joined and showed us options for future vacations. Prior to receiving their website, a Hilton Vacation Club employee calls us to say there is a training session in Virginia Beach about 6 hours from our home. A few years ago, I bought a hotel promotion travel package to various destinations (I chose Las Vegas) for my family of 5 for 4 days and 3 nights. The stay was ok. However, at the timeshare sales presentation, the salesman accused me of “embarrassing him in front of his manager” because I said no to their sales proposition. This is a scam to another level!! We got lured into attending a 90 minute presentation with the promise of points, gifts and whatnot.. we even got a text message on the day of said presentation stating that if we arrived early, it would be a quicker process and they would give us an extra 15k points. I wish I could give zero stars. I have been scammed since July 2021. It started with Diamond Resorts. We were given this illusion that we could travel at any time and anywhere with our points. Each time I looked for a hotel for a place I was going to, there were no hotels available. I kept paying the high prices and the crazy maintenance fees.
