They are not reflective of the Hilton name. You can’t book at vacation club locations since they are always booked up!!! You even use points to book hotels and they don’t allow you to use them!!! They charge $$ to save your unused points every year! They game you for more $$$ at every turn and this is the worst scam I. The country!!

I agree this company is aggressive, high pressure and manipulative. I spent close to 15K and was locked out for the first 6 months due to their error in billing my maintenance fee. When they finally fixed it, I started trying to see what was available for my upcoming travels and found limited locations and will not be able to use my points to where I’m traveling this year. This organization is stalking me in a way that is unprecedented and unbelievable. Despite me telling nearly a dozen of their agents to stop calling me and take me off of their call list, I get 4-5 calls from them a day. I have never seen such a dishonest and predatory organization. They should be out of business and fined into submission, and given their behavior, I would never purchase anything from them.

HGV is greedy and unscrupulous! I am 75 and on a fixed income but they have had no problem taking $20,000 from me…so far! I went to a presentation and got conned into buying a timeshare after also enduring tons of pressure and psychological abuse. A credit card was even opened without my consent! In 2022, while booking a reservation at a Hilton hotel, I was offered a “Covid” promotion in an attempt to get people back out. The offer was 4 days and 3 nights at a Hilton of my choice. I asked about expiration dates and was told there were none for this promotion! I would like to share a cautionary tale about my involvement with HGV. Unfortunately, I spent a significant amount of money on a deal that sounded too good to be true- and it was. I was offered points for a low price but was later coerced into signing a contract based on false promises and lies. This company is worth almost $5 billion, and I was shocked to find out they would resort to dishonest sales practices and fraud to earn their revenue. I have had a very disappointing experience with Diamond Resorts and feel I should warn others. Diamond used high-pressure tactics and aggressive sales behavior to convince me to purchase a timeshare, and then continued to harass me with pitches even after I had already made multiple purchases. They have not shown any empathy for my unhappiness with their product but will continue to chase my money. Fee Happy, I have been with HGV since 2015 and Spent over in 50,000 dollars. And they refuse to give me fee waver. They have charged me $1,230 in fees that I had no clue about. They have horrible customer service and my plans are to retain a lawyer. The worse company to do business with. I do not recommend them.
