Diamond Resort’s salesmen basically begged for our business and continued to lie afterwards. They ran our credit without asking and they made our down payment on a Barclay Credit Card without first getting our consent. Our 90-minute meeting turned into 6 hours where we were deprived of food and were not allowed to leave. I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Hilton Grand Vacations' promotions, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. The sales associate, who was supposed to be a representative of a reputable company like Hilton, shamelessly lied to me about the high-season charges for summer bookings. Scare tactics and misinformation. They will straight up lie to you to get you to buy their product. They will not tell you real costs and will make the point system seem more convenient than it is. You will never get your money's worth and will always regret it.

I wish a zero star was an option! We went to a HGV tour and decided not to buy. After the sales guy left another guy came and told us about a "VIP" experience which we could purchase and would be able to "experience" what it would be like if we were to purchase. We decided that was something we would like to try out since we were told we could use it in Sint Maarten and not have to sit through another presentation. Hilton Grand Vacations Club lied their way into getting us to sign a contract for a timeshare. They made this sound too good to be true, and we should have known better at that point. One lie was what they told us the APR was for this loan, it was 2.5% higher than what they told us it would be. Hilton Garden Vacation On 5/8/23 I called carnival cruise looking for my coordinator and was told I didn’t have the right extension. Then the young lady ask if I’d be interested in speaking with someone with Hilton Garden Vacation about a 4 day 3 nights vacation to Myrtle Beach, Vegas or Orlando. I said why not. So she transferred me. While checking in at the Orlando Doubletree by Hilton at Seaworld, I was approached by a high pressure salesperson and sold a 4 night hotel stay at any Hilton on a list of cities that I could chose from. I paid $299. which I was told was the total price. Im a Timeshare owner and they just acquired Cancun property in Vegas (Diamond Resorts) which I bought from Pacific Monarch. I'm constantly during at update owner that I will eventually be unable to access my Timeshare because I won't convert to Hilton I feel emotionally abused ever time I go.

Do not sign up, I felt like I’m trapped, can’t go where I want, nor when I want. First was offered the free weekend just sit through the presentation which turned into hrs. It was daughters 3rd birthday weekend, had my family waiting on me while my daughter complained about when are we leaving.
