I would select -10 as my rating, but it wasn't an option. Just called for information. I was on hold for over 10 minutes. I could hear several "rings" but I got put on hold again after every one. Then I was asked to fill out a survey about the representative that assisted me. There wasn't any ! I then got disconnected. I called back, and was on hold again. Finally someone answered. Despite multiple attempts to remove our domain from their incessant emails AND an email from Hilton Grand Vacations stating that had happened, we continue to get emails. This level of poor customer service sounds similar to what so many others have noted.
Worst time share experience of my life. They asked us if we ever attended a timeshare presentation before and what our experience was like. We told them yes and that we didn’t like the high pressure tactics they use to buy. We attended the Hgv Tuscany Village in Orlando presentation. They proceeded to tell us they don’t that here at Hilton. Everything went well until towards the end of the presentation when we told her we didn’t feel the cost of the timeshare points and the use to us would not be beneficial. I think this business was a scam. I was told that I can get a room at the Desert Inn Resort, on Tropicana and Decauter in Las Vegas Nevada for 4 days and 3 nights, I gave the sales rep $300 for a room on April 6th 2023, my check in time was April 24th 2023 (mind u 3 weeks later). I showed up on April 24th, I was told I needed another $300 to get the room, another $100 dollars for security deposit and another 30.00 a day. I purchased a Hilton Grand Vacation time share back in 2012 and have only managed to use a facility four times since then. My wife passed away three years ago and in that time I have only used my time share once. I have requested to cancel my obligations for this time share but have had little success. In my later years I find I no longer want this type of vacation and have no further need for a time share facility. My grown offspring also have no desire to own such a facility. Hilton Grand Vacations is UNETHICAL, MANIPULATIVE, VINDICTIVE, and RUTHLESS. RUN RUN RUN FAARRRR AWAY! They’ll hold you hostage for hours until you sign a contract/upgrade. They’ll lie to you about the price, benefits, and features just to make a deal. Hilton Grand Vacations employees are THE WORST!!! They’re like loan sharks on the hunt! By the time I signed my final contract with them, my total debt owed was over 2.5 times my annual income!! To say that I am livid is an understatement!

This is a complete scam. They promised not to charge my card but verify with me the next day - but they charged my card and now ignoring calls. I got a call from them after booking, telling me to buy a package. I told them I would take my wife to go ahead before accepting. Lady told me that they would not charge until I confirmed, and now they charge my card, and now they do not answer any calls. Vinay

Our experience with Diamond Resorts overall has been lousy.
