What a scam. I was offered a package of four nights at the Hilton, a four-day cruise on Royal Caribbean, and 15,000 Hilton Points. When I called the reservation number I was told that you would need to attend the Hilton first; go to the presentation; and, then you would get a certificate for the cruise to use at another time. Unfortunately, the HGV Max experience is made to sound good by smooth presenters and slick reps but is devoid of value. As a disappointed member, I regret falling into the membership trap. Availability & where you can travel are misrepresented & availability in average resorts is limited at best. I fell for the high pressure misrepresentations of the sales rep. Normally there is at least a two day window in which you can rescind a contract, but I was told that was impossible. I got conflicting information every time I tried to contact this company. I don’t trust them. Desired resolution: a refund of the $224.87 that I was stolen from me.

I would give -100 stars if I could. This company is awful!!! DO NOT BUY INTO THEIR VACATION PACKAGES/TIME SHARES. My husband made the biggest mistake of his life when he made this decision. They lie constantly and are nothing but scammers! We have been fighting this god forsaken company for a good 2 years now and we just want out. It's a new lie everytime we turn around. At this point we are looking at opening a lawsuit. Hilton Grand Vacations is the biggest SCAM/*** company I have ever had to deal with.

Hilton Grand Vacations scammed us after we told them we were not interested in a timeshare, and conveyed to them how we were scammed by another big timeshare company. We were reassured Hilton was different and our experience would be the opposite of what we’ve experienced before. In the end, it was the same thing! Our Rep at Hilton also informed us, if we were unsatisfied at any point, Hilton had a buyback program. If I could give 0 stars I would! Don't every buy any marketing or sale packages or anything from this company. They are terrible at training their employees and they will treat you like crap. They will try to charge ridiculous fees and they don't uphold anything that their employees tell you. This is the worse company and I will never stay or book with them again!
