This is a mafia. I don't understand how they are in business. They take advantage of one's vulnerability and steal right out of their pockets blindly. Forget about cancelling with them. It is a hard NO! I have seaked help and have attempted to get my issues resolved. If I can go down to VA Beach and protest outside of their office, I would.

My wife and I have been misled by timeshare representatives with Hilton Grand Vacations. We feel defrauded as we have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in upgrades that have yielded no benefits, despite repeated assurances from salespeople. I attended a HGV sales presentation recently with Claudia Rodriguez and I left with an entirely new impression of the Hilton organization. After sitting through the presentation, we suggested that we were likely not interested, but at that point the representative insisted on our IDs and credit card as is "standard process to check inventory". The new HGV Max is a sham. After shelling out thousands and being promised “roll-out” in the first quarter of 2023, there has been close to nothing. Further, a virtual walkthrough to show the new benefits was scheduled where we were harassed by reminders with explicit instructions on when and how to attend (in exchange for HH points). We made work arrangements to be there at the designated start time and were kept online (with no presentation) for 30 minutes only to be told that we had to stay on for an additional 60 minutes... read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. But what I CAN do is never stay at Hilton again and advise others of the same. I made a reservation at Hilton grand island resort in Galveston. I was doing it so quickly that I accidentally had my stay for 2 nights instead of 1 like I needed. I immediately called Hilton to rectify my mistake, not even 5 minutes had passed between booking and calling. Hilton basically said "We're sorry you messed up but we have your money now so no refund. Enjoy your extra night." So I am paying over $400 ... read more

I worked for this terrible company. This is the worst job ever! I’ve had my share of good jobs and some bad ones. This by far is the WORST. The equipment is old and used. The trainer ‘Stephanie’ is a person that doesn’t seem like she has a lot of experience with black and brown people outside of work. She’s super sarcastic, condescending and extremely controlling. Attempted to book my first small trip to try out the program. It was going to cost a year worth of points for 3 nights in Las Vegas (not Hawaii, Italy, Greece or Maldives) more depending where booked. Thought, I would use RCI but with all the fees it costs at least as much as booking a hotel without any plan. $20,000 plus HOA and/or maintenance fees, activtation fees, fees to schedule, fees to move points, resort fees and parking fees. We wrote a letter to Hilton in April of this year regarding our issue with the many lies we were told regarding our purchase. It has not been acknowledged by ANYONE in the company. This company has MANY workers and NONE of them are able to answer and explain how we were legally tricked into purchasing a timeshare? The “free stay” offered by Diamond Resorts was not worth the gruesome four-hour meeting we were forced to sit through. Everything we were told was a lie designed to waste our time and trick us into buying a timeshare. Every benefit and price point they told us about was bogus. They promised us the world and said we could use this timeshare for cruises, plane tickets, and even earn additional points.
