The old bait and switch, BEWARE! On 2/17/22 I was offered a stay in Orlando for 4 days, 3 nights for a total (with tax) of $167.62 with the intention to go over a holiday. The sales person read the T&C and mentioned a $199 high seasons fee, in which I said changes my mind as I expected to stay during the Dec 20-31 period and that I was no longer interested in the package. I purchased a vacation voucher from Hilton Grand Vacations, Inc. a couple of yrs ago for $200+, confirmation # **********. I have been trying to make my reservations (not good experiences at all) several times, but none of their offers worked so far. So tired and frustrated with this! I just want to cancel it and get a refund of my $200+. Thank you.

Hilton has made a very difficult time in my life even worse. My husband and I bought a timeshare with Hilton, but he has recently passed away. On top of grieving, I now have much less income than I used to. I reached out to the Hilton, and they have not offered any assistance other than temporarily suspending autopayments, but I was still responsible to make the payment myself every month. We've been trying to free ourselves from the burden of our timeshare since April 2021. We've been in contact with individuals across several departments. We've emailed and mailed our notarized documents. We've made the payment that's required to end our agreement. (Yes, it's insane that we have to pay to give back the timeshare.) I've been a client of Diamond Resorts for over 20 years. This year 2022, I am parting with this company over their flawed sales process. During 2021 I feel I was scammed by one of their sales representatives over a new program called DEX Dollars. During this sales presentation, my monthly payment would actually double in cost for the next 10 years. This was a substantial investment. When you purchase the property, they promise you the world. They give you a direct phone line to ask questions and promise help because it's all new to you. Not only do they never actually answer the phone, but they never call you back. Another big business who doesn't give a **** about their clients.

We called to book our time share vacation for July 2022.We asked to book The Shores in Alabama and anywhere in Florida.. They only offered Orlando. I searched the Shores and found I could book through Trivago the dates I asked Diamond. Sad that I paid 30 plus thousands for 7500 points and Diamond sells my room to a company to make more money!. FreeMsg Diamond Resorts: Payment is past due. Reply 1 to pay now, 2 if already paid, 3 to pay by 7 days, 4 to connect to cust service. HELP for Help, STOP to opt out I get these text messages I have nothing to do with or have I ever done business with this company this looks like a total scam do not fall for it

This company is crooked through and through. I'm going through a divorce and I need to be able to dissolve this account. It's a feed my kid or pay Diamond situation. They have "tricked" us several times with lies and half truths. The representative laughed, literally laughed at me during our conversation on my needing to see what could be done. She was very flippant with my ability to pay my bills and take care of my child. Then to top it off, she refused to give me an appointment to speak with anyone. So I'm going to Dayton... read more

I showed up at the Daytona Regency that Wednesday and nobody knew a thing. Nobody had been notified and of course, no we can't give you an appointment. Sat there for 45 min, while they refused to be helpful or call somebody or anything. The front desk girls just went about their day laughing and chattering. And yes this is the treatment I expect from Diamond, I tend to believe what I see, and I have seen some doozies.
