Dirty liars! It doesn't take much to realize that anything associated with Hilton Grand Vacation Club is likely a scam! When we got conned into buying timeshare points with them, the salespeople instructed us on what to say and not to say to the financer. We should've known this was a scam right at that point. They offered us a FREE cruise to Alaska which turned out to be **! They didn't mention there were $2000 in fees! Their business model is based on screwing people with their timeshare contracts and constantly convincing... read more

******************************************* We bought and paid in full the timeshare. We were told repeatedly about what he was selling to secure my acceptance of an offer. This purchase is not the investment that was promised the salesperson kept reassuring me that he was NOT selling a «timeshare» because it could be sold back to Hilton. There is no program that allows me to sell this nightmare back to them. I'd have to pay annual fees for vacations that can't be taken. I contacted Hilton, told them that my wife had a third... read more

DO NOT FALL FOR THE SALES PITCH. My wife and I purchased into Hilton Vacation Club. We never use it because booking a trip is next to impossible. I have not once found a location that wasn't completely booked a year out. At the end of the year, you can save your points if you don't use them, but you have to pay Hilton to save points you already own. Want to convert them to Hilton Honors points so you can use them at one of their hotels? It will cost you again! Your purchase into the club is just the start of the money you wi... read more

Went to a presentation at Tahoe. Was promised $500 in gift cards and a "Getaway 7n/8d". The gift cards were for DineDiamond.com..web site nonexistent and/or through restaurant.com with no restaurants that redeem cards but request you to buy discounted gift cards. Getaway wants $40/n plus any other add on. Management at Tahoe refuses to help saying that's 3rd party engagement and we have no knowledge of their practices. Avoid Hilton/Diamond grifters!

Don't purchase a timeshare from Plantation Beach in Stuart,Fl. They paint a pretty picture for you and then start raising the yearly fees. We bought two units with flexible weeks. For the last 7 years we've asked to sell them for 5k each. I have talked with Amanda and all I get is the runaround from her. She claims there is no one to sell them to...really...after 7 years. I was told they were booked the entire summers and yet no one rented either one of our units. Oh yes, Amanda lost two of our signed requests to sell during... read more

Diamonds Resorts is implementing ruthless, illegal, and fraudulent sales tactics to get timeshare owners to upgrade. Beware of what they say and do not sign a contract with them. We have been owners for over about a decade now and I can't tell you enough how awful and rotten they have become as an organization. It seems like the older my wife and I get, the more appalling and predatory the treatment we get from Diamond Resorts. They constantly hound you to go to an owner's presentation to get you to "upgrade" when really, th... read more

I have been an owner at HGV for 9 years. I've given that company over $50k over the years. I bought a VIP package prior the pandemic . I paid $1700 which afforded me 7000 points to use. I was single at the time and purchased the program (and every other contract) on my own. Fast forward to March 2022. Currently, I am in Orlando using those points for a one week stay at Seaworld. With the VIP program, I was aware of the obligatory tour and sales meeting that is mandatory. In good faith I arrived at spatchcock Soliel for the t... read more

HGVC has the worst sales department I have ever dealt with! Mr. ***** sold me a timeshare using any tactic he could- unethical or not. He lied repeatedly about what he was selling to secure my acceptance of an offer. This purchase is not the investment that was promised, it's a money pit! Mr. ***** kept reassuring me that he was NOT selling a timeshare because it could be sold back to Hilton. There is no program that allows me to sell this nightmare back to them without paying the entire loan first. I'd have to pay $30,000 s... read more

We brought Diamond Hawaiian Time share in 2020. From the very get go it was a problem in relationship to their Product/Service/Staff. What was promised was either to late to use or availability on booking were slim and/or non existing. Their website doesn't work well nor can you get people to help you. If you have a problem, forget it you have to go to better business bureau or get an attorney. I just got my online account finally set up correctly in a accordance with the contractual stipulations. Their description of accomm... read more
