No mention of the extra fees outside of my loan payment. Never mentioned the maintenance fees or the hidden fees for things like reservations and rolling over points. What I have read here is all true. We were subjected to very high pressure sales tactics to sign up for their program. They wear you down by holding you in a room for hours while you "wait for them to be right back". After they dazzle you with all the "perks" of ownership and do some fast calculations that are mostly false, they make it sound like the deal is too good to pass up. Beware of Diamond Resorts!!! Don't get trapped into a timeshare with Diamond. They are crooks! When they sell you a timeshare, they paint a beautiful picture of being an owner, but it's all lies. Unless you're looking to be in financial ruin, DO NOT trust their sales agents. I was told I was buying an "investment" but that turned out to be an awful lie. There are very few words to describe Diamond Resorts and the vile people they have working for them. If there was a way to give them less than 1 star I would gladly do so. These miserable thieves have abused me long enough. I made the HUGE mistake of buying into a timeshare with Diamond and the entire experience has been a nightmare. I purchased my trip, but had to reschedule due to COVID, when I called to make my appointment, I am now being quoted different prices to upgrade my package, When requested to speak with a manager, I was told by the represented, that you are not allowed to speak with a manager. I checked in on 3/17/22 at the Polo Tower in Las Vegas and asked that I keep the same room for the duration of my stay and it was noted on my account and when going to the store to purchase toiletries because our luggage was delayed and delivered on 3/18 at 3pm, I received a telephone call asking me to come to the front desk that our luggage was there I stated I was out and would be there when I returned, when returning to the hotel I was given a new room and I asked why am I being moved when it was stated on my account not ... read more
They are TERRIBLE... do not go there. Plus they never answer the phone if there is any disagreement about billing. They send a bill and one week later add a 400 finance charge. Buy at your own risk!

If you're looking to be disappointed, frustrated and highly infuriated...Hilton is the way to go. While in Vegas I was forced to go to one of their timeshare sales presentations. I bought the smallest timeshare package because it was a fair price. Sadly, it was all a HUGE SCAM! Everything they said was a circus of lies and **! I have found out that this timeshare is only allocating half of their rooms for timeshares, and the other half are used for rentals. So in reality, the $40,000+ initial payment, and the $3,000+ each year pays for the facility to keep up the entire facility, plus taxes each year. while only half of the units are used as timeshares.
