We have yet to experience Hilton Grand. I am writing this to notify management of a significant initial mistake. I received a call and was delighted to book the package for $699.00. I specifically told the rep for Hilton I would buy the package IF I could find reasonably priced flights. The rep was on the phone with me for ENTIRE the 10 minutes it took me to book flights online for MAY 4-9. I told her each step and even the times I booked. Diamond and Hilton are both terrible companies! Diamond sold my wife and I a bogus timeshare and Hilton is upholding the contract. They roped us in with a "free" vacation- if we gave them an hour of our time. One hour turned in to SIX hours with salespeople wearing us down. They fed us lies the whole time about everything. The main things we were upset about are not being able to exchange points for airfare, not having access to Disney properties, and paying fees for a non-private resort...all of which were the primary reaso... read more

Hello, my name is Jason ******* and recently my family stayed at Embassy Suites in Chicago on Columbus street. It was the first time we stayed at this hotel and we absolutely loved all three nights that we stayed there, it was awesome. We purchased our Club membership on April 15, 2021. Much of what was described to us was a lie. I could give at least a dozen examples but at this time, I want to focus on what I believe is a breach of contract. On March 24, 2022, we were strongly encouraged to attend a meeting to describe the acquisition of Diamond Resorts by Hilton. This turned out to be a sales presentation. This has been the worst experience of our lives! Diamond Resorts DOES NOT care about what happens to you after you sign your money away! We have not been able to use this timeshare the way that we were promised for the money that we have invested into it. They do not deliver on the stress-free vacations that are promised. Do not trust anything that your sales reps tell you as it is all lies. It is not worth whatever they are offering you to come and sit through a "90-minute" presentation. Such a scam. If zero points were an option I'd pick that! This company forces their sales pitch and doesn't explain of give all paperwork to the customer. I was forced into getting the sampler due to them being upset that I would buy the bigger package. No one explained what it was and didn't go over it with me. The guy told me I'd get a booklet buy the 1st never got so called and asked and they said that I couldn't use any of my points unless I went to a kick off presentation in another state. BBB how many 1 star reviews does it take to audit a company for fraud? unprofessional sales calls years after staying at a diamond resort with people calling to harass you.

I will never buy a package ever again from Hilton Vacation Club. I keep getting different information when I call and none of the hotels are available to book. They want to sell me a timeshare, NO WAY!

Run and don't look back. This package is a joke. When you go to book, suddenly things are not available, even at your home Grand Vacation Hotel, but if you look on VBRO, other people can rent from them if they pay. We are owners. It should be easy for us to book.
