Tried to book using their vacation package and they didn't honor it. Asked about refunds or other things so that I could book and they just hung up the phone. worst services, straight up a scam.

Nightmares, they are terrifying, they keep you up at night, now imagine a nightmare that you could never wake up from... DO NOT BUY A DIAMOND RESORTS/HGV timeshare!!! I have belonged to to Sunterra/Diamond Resorts (and now HGV) for 17 years. The service has gone straight in to the toilet. I can NEVER get the times I seek to book unless I cause a stir and speak to a supervisor...and I'm a PLATINUM MEMBER! As I type this note, I have waited 10 days for a call back, because, despite having rooms available, I could not book one because "only a certain amount of rooms are reserved for owners". Just say NO and walk away! This has been the worst experience of our lives! Diamond ( Hilton) sold my husband and I a phony timeshare. Diamond Resorts is such a scam and they DO NOT care about their customers. They force a sales pitch that is only a "90-minute" long, it ends up being 6 + hours. On March 1, 2022 we purchased your offer for the Maui, Hawaii vacation package for a stay at the Grand Wailea, a Waldorf Astoria Resort. We have been trying to book our stay several times now with no success. My name is Chris. We bought this timeshare two years ago and have yet been able to go someplace that we really wanted to go. Every time I try and plan a trip there is no availability anywhere and then you get to the point where you have to use your points because they are running out. I thought a big name like Hilton would be a safe choice for a timeshare purchase, but that was NOT the case. I never imagined that they would trick us into a timeshare with false information. On Aug 15, 2021 at 05:29 pm, at Venetian Resort Las Vegas, me and my husband purchased 2 vouchers, from Sales person named Arianne Guerrero. I THINK Diamond exists on a colossal foundation of lies and misrepresentations in every phase of their business, Our experience involved a series of transactions including a promised booking at a non existent diamond affiliate, an upgraded booking in Hawaii to a 2BR in a resort without 2BRs excused by a sales team at a later date stating "the Mexicans always lie to get the order".
