How can they get away with this in the USA? There needs to be a huge lawsuit with the thousands of people who have gone through this fraud and we need to stand up against Diamond. Enough is enough.

I was given misinformation and fraudulently cohearst into a loan that I didn't agree to. Annie and Manuel knew I didn't want or could afford payments. A deal was constructed by Annie so I Could pay out of pocket and be done except for my maintenance fees she said. They took me to apply for **************** with Hilton honors even though I told them I had ****************, the put the entire balance which we agreed to 5000.00 on the card. I purchased a timeshare and was told I would receive a week in a three bedroom suite if I purchased the points. I thought that would be worth something so I made the purchase. When I tried to book the three bedroom suite although it was in my contract, I was told that was not included. I was deceived. There should be more government regulation over these businesses so consumers have more recourse other than paying expensive attorneys to litigate.

Scam!! Run!!! Hidden fees all over the place place... substandard rooms pools are small dirty. With lots of lights anything looks good but when you get there not good.

I wish I would have had a chance to read these reviews before we were sucked into buying points (they don't like to call it a timeshare). Nothing we were told in the sales pitch has been true. Nothing is available in the Grand Vacation properties where we want to go. They said try the RCI option - trashy looking places and still not much available. They are all the scum of the Earth. Lying to my face over and over! This is where it gets criminal. Patrick tells my wife and I, "if you upgrade to the 33k package I will double your points and you can cash in the other 7500.00 points for $15,000.00 a year for next 8 years". He takes out his calculator and show us how we would get our 33k back in 2.3 years. And he said " I can't put that in writing and you can't tell anyone that your upgrading is for an investment, pay $33,000.00 to get $120,000.00 back over the next 8 years... read more

4-25-2022 we signed up with Hilton Grand Vacations. We currently have a Timeshare with *************** which we just hate. We were told that Diamond resorts was purchased by Hilton and the maintenance fees were going to get higher. They mentioned that we can get away from those high fees by joining Hilton, there is still going to be a maintenance fee just not as high,of course there is going to be a cost for all this. Hilton Grand Vacation Club is just awful! Their salespeople have no problem using coercion and false advertising to trick you in to buying a timeshare. Don't believe anything those people tell you. In fact, stay away from their presentations to begin with. My husband and I had to go to an update meeting to hear about Hilton's takeover of Diamond. If we signed up with a new Hilton contract, we'd have access to tons of new perks, have something to pass to our daughter- who was an infant at the time, use our points for free ren... read more
