I just spent an entire day with three-four different reps trying to explain I was NOT in a cohabiting relationship. After getting the run around for almost an hour, i gave up. I had tried to ask for a refund of the initial money I had spent almost a year ago and I was told this wasn't possible. I called again later and tried to accommodate to book another vacation. I booked my room and my flight at the same time. The guy was looking at the wrong calendar as he booked our days so now we are stuck with these days that can't be replaced tickets are book for a month out for our flight he booked them for this month. There are no reservations available for the package I paid for last year. On June 4th, 2022 I got a phone call from a representative who offered my family a 4 day/3 night stay in Orlando. I stated that I had a party of 6 and was told I would need 2 rooms. I was quoted a price of $349 plus tax. She told me that I could pay $149 plus tax for a total of $167 up front and she would make a note that I would pay the difference when I made my formal reservation with the dates, etc. I called a few weeks later, today, June 21st to make the reservation. When I bought the timeshare, I could use it. Now, I'm 75 years old and have had a HIP replacement. I can't travel any longer. Instead of helping, Diamond or Hilton, or whoever they now have, repeatedly told me there is nothing that can be done. That goes to show you that when you give loyalty to a big corporation they STILL don't care about you. Disgusted. We already have one(1) that is paid off. Booked a stay at the Las Vegas grand Hilton vacations club 2650 Las Vegas Blvd. booked it through Hilton and paid in full upon check in Was advised that $28 a day additional was due because they switched us to a third party while we were booking and then the manager threatened us to not let us stay at the hotel if we didn't pay the additional fees when I stated that I was going to make a complaint he threatened to not let our whole party stay at the hotel I can't believe that they would have management that is so unprofessio... read more

This company is very unreasonable and unfair, because I tried to return the property last year 2021 in good terms, after loosing my job. I was unable to work and I still am due to work related injuries. When I presented my situation, to the department that I was told by them by e mail , their answer and solution was for me, to pay the balance and an extra lump of money for them to take the property back. We never knew that we could feel this much disappointment in an entity. We have used and enjoyed our timeshare for years and we really thought Diamond and Hilton were "stand-up" companies. However, after all the money we have paid them over the years, after all the business we have sent their way after all the "good ratings" we have given them, when we need them we are told "there is no one who can help you" at Diamond or Hilton. Hilton Grand Vacations Club contacted me in summer of 2018 and offered me a free 5 day vacation in Hawaii for attending a presentation at the property with no obligation to buy anything. I was recently engaged, so we decided to take the trip and have a beach wedding. They scheduled the presentation the same morning as our wedding, so I asked if we could reschedule. Good motivational speaking, good attractive promises but it is all manipulation without the truth being told. Instead, you pay the high costs of "owning" your resort anywhere across the country.
