More than a year ago we let Diamond know that we wanted out of their silly, misleading, cloaked in misinformation timeshare. In the past year we have called COUNTLESS times, sent 6 complaint letters, and one letter asking for a termination of our obligation. I was on vacation in Las Vegas and bought a club membership. Now it's time to activate my membership every email and phone doesn't work or they respond and you are cut off the phone. Is there some legal action I can take? I won't recommend these people to my worst enemy.

I wish I had never heard of Diamond resorts. Buying a timeshare from them has proven to be a terrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. The saleswoman there is a shark, and not in a good way ! She lied about the $602.82 monthly payment being reduced once I signed. I was also supposed to be able to refinance with my bank, which I found out is impossible .She lied about the $3000 per year maintenance fee, saying that amount was an "example" and did not apply to me. Have you ever been so exhausted with something you can't even write the review? I'm exhausted...... I'm a $40,000 paid in full owner - everything changed when Diamond bought our time share when I was happy. I have tried customer service to make it right & told "they don't really care". I'm seriously trapped & used to love my purchase. Be careful it was very deceptive- manipulative. Now I'm faced with looking to find legal alternatives to find a way to just make it right. The salespeople at Hilton Grand Vacations are deceptive and will feed you nothing but misinformation. We had refused to purchase a timeshare multiple times in this "informative presentation", but they kept pushing and feeding lies to convince us. I have felt neglected, and my issues and concerns have gone unnoticed. The lack of commitment to the customers is baffling. This company has not been good with helping me to solve my problems with them. I have been disappointed in the experience all around, and when I tried bringing it to their attention, they have done nothing to fix it. This timeshare has been impossible to use, and there is never ANY availability.
