I have owned with HGVC since 2003 and am completely satisfied. We have been to Hawaii, Mexico, Aruba, the Bahamas, Barbados and all over the United States. We always know what to expect when we get to our destination. Great service, beautiful accommodations and friendly and helpful employees. It is exciting planning our next trip and HGVC makes it so easy. Thanks to our ownership my family and I have had so many unforgettable memories.

Absolutely Horrible people, do not ever answer their call or listen to their pitch. They market very aggressively and are 100 percent about closing. They are terrible and do not care about you for one second. Worst of all is that your Hilton Honors program will give them your phone number, and ever since I listened to their obnoxious pitch for 500 points, they have been spamming and soliciting me with obnoxious phone calls, sometimes later at night, and almost everyday, sometimes more than once a day. I purchased a vacation package for Carlsbad for a 3- night stay. It was advertised as staying at their ******** resort. Following purchasing the package, in OCTOBER 2021 I booked WHAT I THOUGHT was the resort for June 9-12 2022 (8 months in advance) . When I got my confirmation email, I was placed into a extended stay hotel (NOT A RESORT) that was NEVER mentioned when purchasing the package. HGV promised me 25k points if I booked a 3 night/4 day stay by a certain date. I booked and stayed before "the date" but no 25k points. Called and sent numerous emails - all IGNORED including a "promise" to call me back (twice!). What a SCAM. If you can be bothered HGV, contact me to discuss, otherwise I will be calling your CEO asap.

Hilton Grand Vacation have people in Vegas that are not dishonest and represent Hilton in a bad way. Promises were not delivered and they charged us more than what was discussed. The gifts they claim to give come with conditions that they don't discuss ahead of time. People don't show same courtesy after you refuse to buy and they talk about customer service. Worst service I have ever seen. I use Hilton for work and pleasure and I would not continue using Hilton again. I am requesting a full refund on my purchase as my ... read more

LIES LIES LIES. I bought a $276 deal. Was told by the agent I could choose any property. I told her I had health issues and may not be able to take this trip during their timeframe. She said that that would be no problem I could ask for extensions and could always use some money for united airline travel. I looked at my credit card statement and they charged me $476 TWICE!! Hilton supposedly has a good repetition for service and hotel. However, after staying at a wonderful Embassy suites in Chicago, we were approached by a Hilton rep to purchase a grand vacations package and we purchased one for New York for a 3- night stay. This was prior to Covid, so after Covid, since we could not get our money back for this vacation, we decided to switch it to a closer place in Carlsbad, CA. DO NOT get involved with Hilton Grand Vacations. Their timeshare division has ruined the good Hilton name. Talk about false advertising...what they tell you in their timeshare sales pitch is not consistent with the truth! The total cost of ownership far outweighs any potential discounts. No point in "owning" a timeshare with Hilton, you're better off booking online. One of the selling factors was that I could rent out my timeshare membership to make a profit but that was just a lie! Lies...Deception...Outright manipulation...this suits Diamond resorts perfectly, because Diamond resorts is a company filled with compulsive liars, with sales agents lying to pregnant women and hard-working families. My pregnant wife and I sat through a sales presentation and declined every single offer the salespeople presented to us. WE WERENT INTERESTED IN PURCHASING!
