Is absolutely the worse compnay. They constantly dont have availability. There horrible customer service. There a scam and do t care about anything but your money. Beware to stay away. All promosises and no follow through. I cant articulate the frustration this company has put me thought and it will do the same to you

They talked me into a 4 day 3 night stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Oak Resort Hilton Head for $276. When I called to book it they only had rooms at the Home2Suites by Hilton. I stated that this was not what I was told. I would like my $276 back. They then told me it was non refundable which was not communicated to me when the package was sold to me. Even if they had told me it was non refundable. They did not honor what was sold by trying to switch me to a lesser hotel..... SCAM

We were suckered into buying this as well and boy do I wish we hadn't! They completely bait and switch you and gloss over certain details, DO NOT EVER BUY A HGV VACATION! EVER!!!

I was suckered into this time share scam 10 years ago. Every year I go to the owners meeting and I am basically laughed at for what I bought. I was told that once all the free points run out I will see what I really got and the only way to make it worth having is to pay MORE. I recently went to another owners meeting (figured they at least owed me a gift card) and I explained that I wanted out and if this was such a great company then why to they have to scam people into paying for life? This is regarding our timeshare with the Diamond Resorts company. They have been unwilling to work with us and we are now finding it impossible to get any communication from them regarding our concerns and asking to be let out of this purchase. They have been very misleading throughout this whole process and their tactics should be considered a scam. Nothing that was told to us by their sales people has proven to be truthful. Oh my goodness!!! Nothing about this company or timeshare stuff is worth any of your money or time. The iPad they use as bait doesn't even work. I wouldn't be surprised if they bought it from a pawn shop. Horrible. Then, there's this big confusion...******* was bought by Hilton but you should still contact *******? Why? They don't answer. I've had better customer service at McDonalds drive-thru.

So disappointed. The sales team does a great job of getting you to purchase a timeshare and they show you so called benefits. One of which is use of a hotel exchange agreement for nightly visits outside of the points system. I was shown a thick book with so many hotels in various cities with cash rates incredibly cheap by the sales agent. I was super excited to think I could go and do quick weekend getaways in random places and affordable costs. I asked for a copy of this book and was advised that this is all done online. I signed up thinking this was a yes company you pay every month then you get to go on a beautiful trip where everything you ask for is supposed to be given no matter how ridiculous it sounds at least is what I was told since I signed up I have tried to book 3 times and every time I want to book I have to pay more money for more services included when we arrive this is not what I signed up for I was told they would make it happen my craziest wishes would be fulfilled but I have not gone on any trips because everytime I try to... read more

Hilton talks down on any ******* member like we are ****** using their services. ******* has been good to us for almost 20 years and so disappointed at how much bashing we heard from Hilton Grand Vacations, not very professional. AND worse part is that we were pressured to buy more points but now from Hilton. The person did not say that they were a sales agent but when we said no, the high pressured sales guy came out of him. What a loser. I think his name was Jonathon.
