Completely misinformed. When I got connected after I called hilton honor program I was told 4day/3nite at any hilton hotel in Orlando. Wasn't told or asked anything besides basic info.now when I want to book I'm told that sense I'm married my hubby has to travel. I never would have bought this as my husband does not travel.hilton grand hotel my foot.the hampton inn isn't grand.the woman told me nothing could be done and when I heard hilton grand vacation I should have known it was for timeshare.i asked for # to call to lodge... read more

Diamond/Hilton has been awful to us. My husband and I owned with Sunterra originally, until Diamond took over, then Hilton. In 2014, we went to a meeting specifically for previous Sunterra owners. We thought it was to update us on changes since Diamond took over, but it was a sales ploy to force us into an upgrade. They gave us a "special rate" at $4 per point. The same thing happened in 2015. Unfortunately I am one of the many that got scammed with the grand vacation deal from hilton. I just recently gave birth and having this stress is not helpful to us. I called Customer service tried to cancel and get a refund since i have a personal/emergency which i will not be able to use the deal. The customer representative shows no remorse or sympathize customer. She even accidentally placed me on hold which shows she didn't bother or care to hear/ believe my situation. I mailed a check to Diamond to pay off my sampler that they never billed me for but still reported it to my vet and they have yet to apply my check and it's been 2 weeks! Every time I called all I get is the run around and that they don't know where it is! The girl I spoke to said there is only one person processing what could be millions of checks in the "foreclosed" department that she doesn't take phone calls and that I couldn't speak to a supervisor. What a joke this company is.

I bought a Hilton Grand Vacation 4 days 3 nights hotel stay in Las Vegas on Oct. 13, 2021 Confirmation number XXXXXXXX ....I have had to reschedule multiple times due to Covid issues. Currently, I am unable to travel and reached out to Hilton representatives explaining the situation. I was informed by the representative I would not be granted a refund. While on a trip to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2019, I was lied to and deceived by the scam of employees at DIAMOND RESORTS. Once again, I repeat DIAMOND, stay as far away as possible! RUN! We were approached by a lady asking my friends and I if we'd like FREE DINNERS and FREE SHOW TICKETS, and of course hearing the word "FREE" instantly we responded to her "OF COURSE"!! , She informed us that there was one thing we had to do to be able to get these free goodies, she told us that we had to attend a 2-hour presentation about vacatio... read more

We have had timeshares before, through other companies, and was introduced to Diamond by a friend. We were honest with the sales rep upfront that we were not ready to buy yet, but just looking at our options. They offered us the "Sampler Package" and comppletely lied to us about what it was and how limited it was and the requirements EACH and EVERY time we stayed (which was to sit through a 2 hour sales pitch). Diamond Resorts are complete scammers. They sold my mother a time-share when she was already showing signs of dementia. I spent many, many hours on the phone with them over several months sending documentation of her diagnosed dementia from a geriatric neurologist. Every time I sent in more records (could never speak directly to their Legal Dept.) they would have a reason why it wasn't sufficient and eventually declined my request to get her out of her time share. Hello I was scammed into believing I was getting a great vacation for a great price I have my account number and was scammed because I was never told or read the requirements or presented of them. Apparently everyone else has got scammed. I plan on complaining to cooperate office, bbb and also my credit card company I would like to demand a immediate refund!
