while making reservations at hilton drake hotel chicago, was told about a "special offering"-and connected to a hilton grand vacation specialist who explained the deal- spent 30 minutes on phone providing my information-phone, address, credit card- etc--customer service person said HGV would charge my credit card & email me details-- lost phone connection & person never called back--credit card never charged--called HGV next day-spoke to another rep who gave me corporate number to call-spoke to Vic following day-gave him inf... read more

Just like other upset customers have said this company is crooked through and through. They blocked dates so owners cannot booked a stayed, but make it available for everyone else who to book a stay. We are better off not being owners and using our money in any place we want to stay. I'll be looking in how to get off this scam company. So much for stay vacationed, when They make it impossible to book a trip. I'm going to start looking in how to start a class action lawsuit against this company.

We were told by Cesar at the Cancun resort in Las Vegas that our additional 20,000 points we purchased could be combined with our current silver status to make us temporary gold, thereby having priority to certain reservations. Now I'm told by the past 3 people I've spoken to that they don't do that. I was also promised a $150 gift card for attending the meeting, then was told they were "out of cards" and one would be mailed to us. No such luck. ZERO STARS! This company just stole my money. I bought a vacation package to stay at the Elara in Vegas for $480 a few months before COVID. By the time my travel dates were approaching, COVID was in full swing and obviously I wasn't going to travel. I called in to postpone the trip. Now that COVID finally seems to be to a point where I'm comfortable traveling to a place like Vegas, I'm told for the first time ever that my package expired and I just lose the $480. I think this is a scam, I've asked for a refund. They cannot provide me with a refund number. Every time I tried booking, dates didn't work. All I want is the money I paid refunded back to me. I hope people read these comments before purchasing.

They don't even deserve one star! I have paid my club dues and maintenance fees for 20 years, my account has been locked out. I have tried for weeks to get it unlocked so I can make a reservation and no one seems to know how to handle that. I have been transferred to another department EVERY time I call. I am promised that someone will return my call and they NEVER DO.I I can't even make a reservation over the phone. Yet, if you don't make a maintenance fee payment, they turn you over to collections. I AM AT MY WITTS END!

I have tried to contact Diamond Resorts about 3 timeshares that we no longer own. We have asked the for a letter from them stating that the 3 timeshares - Suntana, Monarch, and Diamond are no longer ours. (they purchased the Suntana and Monarch timeshares). I have called them, and emailed them many times to no response.

Through our Hilton Honors membership we were offered a deal for a vacation to a HGV property. We took the opportunity and loved the property. We sat through a sales meeting knowing full well that we didn't have the time to travel as much as we wanted to. The sales associate showed us how we could pay every other year for points since we couldn't travel as often and how we could sell it to friends to help cover costs. This company stole our money. We went to Las Vegas and they offered us a vacation for $199.00. They never asked where we work, what kind of money we make, or what our credit looked like. We both tried to book our trips and they said we couldn't because of credit but yall have had our money for over a year. Now they are saying since we have different debit cards we have to wait 60 days to be mailed a check. They are definitely giving me scammer vibes.
