We have been owners with Hilton Grand Vacations for nearly 10 years with very little to show for it. We initially made this purchase because we were told BY THEIR STAFF that this would be a great way for us to continue to travel in our retirement years. I never thought accepting a free vacation from Hilton Grand Vacations would become one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made. It turns out that I fell for a scheme instead of buying dream vacations like I was told. There is a fee for everything, reservations, maintenance, even changing the name on the deed. I don't think I should have to pay $500 to change the deed to my company name since that was a promise that sales staff made at the time of purchase. We received a cold call from Hilton Grand Vacations regarding a stay at the Elara resort in Las Vegas to discuss our Grand Pacific timeshare. They assured us it would be a brief 1-hour meeting. That was a lie; it was instead a 4.5-hour high pressure sales presentation that was more like a hostage situation than the meeting they claimed. That was only the first of many lies and cover-ups. No hagan trato con Diamond Resorts. Están en el negocio de estafar a familias inocentes con sus sucios tiempos compartidos. TERRIBLE SCAM. This is such a horrible sales trap and marketing scam. I was requesting to book a hotel on the Hilton customer service line and was redirected to the Hilton Grand Vacations for a "potential offer". The sales associate from HGV was extremely unclear and kept on asking for my credit card information, promising that he would not charge. I thought that I was only putting down my information to be considered for the offer, but directly after the call there was a few hundred dollars of charge. The package that I was... read more

Worst decision we've ever made in our lives! An absolute over priced terrible idea. After almost a year of ownership we still owe over $40k, now they tell us the resale value is only $9k. Let my bad choices save you from one! Please don't do this. Say nothing about yearly maintenance fees that cost more then a week stay in a hotel which is only what our timeshare is!!

I booked a vacation package and would like my money back. The vacation package is a scam to try to get you to buy a timeshare. DO NOT PURCHASE. I already asked for a refund by calling the number provided to me and am still waiting for my refund.

I'd give 0 stars but I can't. Predatory practices and unsolicited sales influenced my purchase into a deal that cannot be backed out of for several hundred dollars. (Pending maybe a thousand more) DO NOT. PURCHASE.

Hilton Grand Vacations can help me recover from what in truth, are devious and exorbitant lending practices, yet even the President of the company has no heart.
