I set up my account with the "Iowa Clinic, Ankeny" almost a year ago cuz I just qualified for medicare. I expressed my health care issues that I needed to be addressed. Iowa Clinic said they would "get back to me". Never did, and the doctor assigned to me was "nolonger associated with them". So 9 months later, I tried again. January 8, 2020 5:20 p.m. I posted my needs on their electronic site, but it "threw me off". So then I "called their phone number".....said "it was after hours" and to "leave a message". RecommendedI love Dr. Elg and his staff. They have been so kind to me and they really do care. They take it to the next level. I also got hit with a bill before it came in the mail. I just told them I am making payment arrangements and when it came I called and they were great. Cancer sucks but the clinic helps me so much.
