We came from Indianola—the employees were courteous and helpful—they let us know both by phone(when I called) and in person that there would be at least an hour wait—the waiting area was full when we arrived, but patients were being called back at regular intervals and everyone there was pleasant and polite. My whole family goes here. I see Frank Raymond. My wife sees Stephanie Cox. Our son sees Dr. Pelzer, and with another child on the way my wife is also seeing Dr. McEntaffer. I wouldn't take my family anywhere else.
The urgent care used the incorrect equipment on our 6 month old to check O2 levels. The levels were "reading low" and they sent us to the ER in a tailspin.. As soon as we get to the ER, low and behold our babies oxygen level was perfect. Will not be going back!
Called me at 3:54 and left a 20 second voicemail, I called back at 3:57. Was on hold for 15mibutes before talking to a human and was told with a laugh she was gone for the day. Not that kind of girl I want trusting with my medical well being. And the hold "music" is terrible by the way.
The Iowa Clinic has been great to work with. They have such exceptional staff and physicians!
After 15 years of unexplained and at times, almost unbearable back pain,Tamra Richardson Colby took the time to think outside the box, and was able to find answers. I had been to dozens of doctors and no one showed the caring she did. We have since left Iowa, but would go back to her in a minute if I could.
If you ask a question and it is through email don't expect anything good to come of it especially if you are asking for an elective procedure while you are already having a major procedure. Apparently it is documented, so for your future knowledge NEVER ask in email form. Only ask in the physicians office so that it is NOT documented and just spoke to about. Therefore they can screw with their system and those that have counted on the physicians for over 15 years.
