You really need to fix your business practices. 3 times now you've sent the order to the WRONG PLACE for my 2 year old to get surgery to fix the hernia he has. 1st time: you "sent it" but didn't even send it! (we didn't even know until we called the clinic A MONTH later cause we were wondering what was going on!) 2nd time: you "sent it" but it was the completely wrong place, being the same as the first. 3rd time: you "sent it" to a pediatric surgeon that looks like you just pulled it out of who knows where. RecommendedDr. McMurray and his nursing staff at the Urbandale location are a step above. I have had quite a few health issues so far this year, and not once did they throw a blanket diagnosis over my symptoms. They are extremely thorough. Both in their assessment and follow up. I cannot speak for the other doctors or nurses across the multiple Iowa Clinics, but I can tell you Dr. McMurray and his nursing staff are a step above! Very grateful for all they have done!

Just want to start with the staff in the obgyn Dept are very rude! They don’t care about their patients or their needs! They had to come up with a reason why couldn’t be seen by them! So rude! If you don’t have your 1st child here then you clearly can’t go to them for your 2nd child! I never have met the doctors or spoke to the nurses just the front staff and they made me never want to come here and make this review so others knew!

RecommendedI loved Dr. Xu. He was very personable and humorous at times, which lightened the anxiety I was feeling. He kept talking to me throughout the procedure which kept my mind off of what he was doing. If I end up having to have surgery, I will definitely call Dr. Xu.
