Their urgent care clinic is clean and neat and the wait was short. Everyone is very cheerful. The doctor listened well. Sad to say, the nurses recognized me from my last visit. Either I'm really memorable or I am going there far too often.
I may be a little biased as I work for the clinic and see many providers every day but that doesn't make me enjoy going to the doctor myself. I had an awful experience as a patient years ago at a different clinic and needed a doctor I could trust and would listen to my concerns. 2 years into my career at the clinic and I finally found what I was looking for! Had an Inguinal hernia repaired yesterday at Iowa Clinic. I thank each one of you for your professional care and abilities God has given you in assisting and making my procedure as smooth and comfortable as possible. Thanks to Dr. Palagummi my personal physician, Dr. Mohan (surgeon), Sam and Nancy(OR), Sarah(prep nurse), Amy (recovery), and Rhonda (front desk).
West Des Moines clinic receptionist! Worst experience ever! Sure wish I could get all of my appointments in Ankeny!!!
I cant express in words how greatful i am to have found a wonderful doctor and nurse and front desk staff as I have found in Dr Timothy Schurman and his nurse !!!!
