Jennifer Petts never bothered to read my son's medical records we transferred over before his appointment. After I detailed his entire history up to the current information, she recommends a second appointment. I make it. She calls FIVE DAYS AFTER OUR APPOINTMENT saying she can't help us. Why didn't you answer correctly when I called to make the first appointment? Why didn't you read my son's chart I wasted time on transferring to you PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT? That are not a good clinic do NOT go here. They allow me to suffer for months b4 referring me to a specialty clinic that with proper care I wouldn't have needed! UnityPoint on university is a much better truly caring clinic

Dr DeFran has been my primary physician for over a decade and I have nothing but praise for him. He is a kind and compassionate doctor who listens, explains all options and treats with scientific common sense. I leave his office each time feeling like the most important patient.
