it's terrible service. they don't return phone calls, It has beaned twice spanning over a week. when trying to resolve the issue the practice manager wasn't able to be reached and their voicemail box was full. with no other options viable to call or try to get help. my issue is still unresolved the urology department is awful, it might be unconfident but just make the trip up to Ames to find someone else. they have made urology in des moines non existant by making doctors sign non compete contracts and firing them when they ... read more

RecommendedDr. Chennupati and the staff at Iowa Clinic Ankeny are the best. Their radiology department is so kind and supportive as you are going through potentially scary tests. They have online scheduling and access to your chart. Definitely glad I chose them for my care!
