Home Depot designed and renovated my kitchen. I paid for an electrician to do the electrical part. Apparently, hooking up the range microwave was missed due to their negligence and not included on the invoice. I ordered a fridge in July and have been through h*** trying to get it delivered. I've had 2 replacement fridges that were damaged. The third fridge arrived with a delivery crew that clearly didn't want to do work. They whined and did everything in their power to make sure they didn't have to move the fridge, including lying about measurements. I purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot on Sept 4, 2022. It was scheduled to be delivered Oct 20 between 3pm-7pm. at 6pm the order was canceled. I was told it would be delivered Oct 22 between 1-5:30. On that day I received a call and was told that the truck broke down. I was told by the driver it would be delivered on Monday, but no delivery was scheduled. On Oct 28 I was given a window of 3-7. We paid Home Depot almost ****** dollars last November for a kitchen that was never completed. We were sold a new counter top, backsplash and refinishing of cabinets. After 20 weeks of waiting and purchasing our hardware, new faucets and beginning the required prep work we finally received an update that we shouldn't have been sold the kitchen and they could not complete the work. I ordered a water heater on 10/18/22 to be delivered to the store and set up install with HD. I knew I had to wait for it to be shipped but was told I would receive emails and text messages with the status. I am currently on hold because I am unable to return a ****** bed. The ****** bed is on a truck that is unable to deliver it because allegedly the truck is too big for the street. Home Depot is not letting me return it because I have not received it, even though I cannot receive it. Someone needs to remedy this asap. This is unacceptable.
