I purchased gas range for my rental property and scheduled for it to be delivered and installed. On the day of delivery, I have received a text that delivery team is 2 stops away. Home Depot - my experience with them was the most disappointing. Never ever am I going to shop with them again. I placed a order on September 22nd for a dishwasher which was in stock apparently and the delivery was scheduled for October 1st between the hours of 12pm to 4pm. Neither I nor anyone I know will do business with this company again. I ordered a gas range in store with an associate, and it was assured to be delivered the following Saturday. Come Saturday, the delivery truck comes with a glass top electric oven, which is not what I ordered. I purchased a double sink vanity in July 8, 2022. When it was delivered it seems strange that the box looked crumbled but I thought nothing of it. I used my dolly to put the merchandise in my shed until the repairs for the bathroom was complete. I never opened the box until I was ready to place it inside my home. I ordered a refrigerator and took an unpaid day off to receive it. I got updated delivery time up to half hour before the delivery window ended. I then got a call from home depot saying they would not be able to deliver. The excuse was that the truck was stopped by the police in my town. I bought a refrigerator (7/20) and once it was delivered to us (7/23). We didn't like it. My wife went to Home Depot on 7/26 to ask for store credit in order to buy another one. She went to the lady that sold us the fridge and she referred her to the manager. The manager refused to do anything for us. Which forced us to go to ****** to purchase a second one. Until this day I have the original fridge from Home Depot in my living room.

I've never seen a company with such really horrible customer **********************. I'd give them NO stars if that was possible.
