My delivery was supposed to be done on October 24th. We get a call at 10:52 from their delivery service with 30 min window notice. I was at work nearby and made it here before the 30 min window expired. Not only the delivery guy was rude to me when I called him to confirm but he also cancelled delivery at 11:15, well short of 30 min window. Will never shop again at Home Depot especially not the appliances. Lowes has better service.

Bought all my appliances at ****** except for the stove. Ended up returning the stove after failed attempts were made to replace a faulty stove top. They approved the return after the replacements kept arriving damaged. This was in June-July, ******************************** my house and it's almost November. I'm still getting a credit card bill. Purchased 0 turn lawn mower at around $3700.00 on line. Got email ready for pick up, got there and employee couldnt find were puller said they put it. Finally got ahold of mower department said theres one out front ready to go. Now after a long wait they finally found the key. Went to get to load on my trailer wouldnt start. Very difficult to buy from this company. I knew exactly which washer I wanted because I had seen the same thing in L--- but they cannot sell to me so I went to Home Depot. I went to physical stores. I didn't try to order on the internet.The salesman was playing with his computer phone and paid no attention to me until I asked him how to buy a washer. A Homedepot sale rep came to my home April 2022 took measurements of my kitchen cabinets and drawers for refacing we set down and went through a check list of the many options that home depot has available for refacing after completion of forms a finance application was filled out and a contract was signed. This complaint is about the Home Depot (HD) returns policy for the merchandise bought with a gift card (GC). I have run into a situation when HD is refusing to accept an unused, unopened return with a valid receipt due to this GC/store credit return policy. tems originally purchased with a GC are refunded in the form of a store credit that is then linked to an ID, and is no ***** transferable. Make that a "0" star for Customer **********************, for no help and getting hung up on, their delivery service for delivering it to the wrong address and their 800 number for no help and also hanging up on us. We ordered a vanity for our bathroom. It was delivered several houses down from ours and their solution was for us to go get the 300 lb. vanity with sink, that's tied to a pallet ourselves after we paid several hundred dollars for it plus a fee for delivery and carrying it to a room of choice. I Scheduled furnace duct cleaning with Home Depot Home Services. Received phone call for appointment and then received two follow *** making sure I was ready thinking these people are really on it. Took the day off work, changed schedules around , moved furniture and arranged for a dog sitter only to get a phone call at 9:30am saying they couldnt make it. After all that making sure I was ready, they werent . This is unacceptable. I wont be using any of their services in the future.

We ordered a ** washer/dryer set from Home Depot over 6 weeks ago to be delivered and installed. This has been by far the worst customer experience ever. The washer/dryer has been scheduled to be delivered and installed 4 different times with no success.
