Kitchen pantry installation. Design was done and signed off on. Expected ETA was 14 weeks. 20 weeks later the installers show up - destroyed the walls. There was no care in pulling out the wire racking, they just yanked on it. We needed to actually repair not small patch over the drywall. The design team measured 3 times, apparently that wasn't enough as the unit didn't fit. The installers left the rest of the pantry in pieces and left. We bought a refrigerator from Home Depot and was told it would be delivered within 5 days. Eight days later it still had not arrived. I was told by one manager that it's not Home Depot's problem, rather that of the shipping company they use. Another manager said Home Depot is not responsible for whether or not their customers receive the products they purchase through them. Needless to say, we cancelled our order, purchased a refrigerator elsewhere, and will never shop at Home Depot again.

We ordered 2 refrigerators from Home Depot as they were listed as "in-stock" and scheduled delivery for the following week. We were told to expect a call or text approximately 30 minutes prior to delivery and a 4 hour delivery window. On the date of the scheduled delivery we recieved no call, no text - and when I called customer ********************** they informed me the truck had broken down. Home Depot installation division mishandled our kitchen and bathroom cabinet install. We contracted with HDepot April 2022 and paid $65,000 for the job. It still has not been completed. When the cabinet parts came with the installers there were several pieces missing. The installer made a detail list which was delivered to HD and they reordered the missing pieces. It looks like I'm not the only person having problems with Home Depot and their unethical business practices. They are more than happy to sell you appliances that they don't even have in stock. Their whole hope is to sell you a product and hope the manufacture can get it to them and then you before the customer has knowledge. I ordered custom bathroom vanities that have now been sitting in my garage for 3 months, I have been given 2 installation dates the last one was cancelled 2 days before and now I need to wait for a new installation date and they are saying it will be about 2 months at the earliest.I say WTF!!! Purchased a washer at home depot and within a year it flooded my home. I did purchase extended warranty and was told they could not do anything about it. Told me to call g.e and am still waiting 5 months later. Never again. What a rip off.

I wish I could give this company 0 star review. I live in a 1950's home that I hired Home Depot to install windows. Let me start with DO NOT hire them the contractors they sent barely spoke English and were young kids. My house needed asbestos due to the original windows and this was not completed. The guys shattered the windows and went all over the yard due to NO tarps laid out in-case this happened, let me add I have been picking up glass since June when they were installed.
