Ordered ** range on 15th based on our local store stating on the site that it was in stock and it will be delivered on the 20th. Received a text on the 19th with a delivery time between 11:30 and 3:30 pm. We both work, so i took the day off and wait. 3:00 pm rolls around and I decide to chat with Home Depot at which time I am told that it will not be delivered until the 22nd! I received a damaged grill, didnt know till I paid someone to assemble it. Called Home Depot, they said they would send me a new one and have a carrier pick up the old one. The new one was sent. I have called and messaged 7 different times and now they say I have to return it in store. It is a 150 lb item and Im a single 51 woman. I have no way to get it there. We recently had a terrible experience @Home Depot ** none of the managers were trained to handle our problem. My daughter was scammed out of a lot of money by buying Home Depot gift cards. When she realized it was not her bank she was talking too she went directly to the store & 4 ppl witnessed it was a scam indeed. I currently bought a washer machine from local store ******* **. The delivery guy broke the cold water faucet valve. I reported to the local store for over a week, Back and forth. Home Depot informed me to get a plumber and they would reimburse me up to 250 dollars but the plumber cost was much more and when I communicated that with Home Depot, they told me that the rest of the money would come out of pocket. They schedule a delivery, charge you and expect you to stay home waiting for delivery. Despite text and emails saying your 5 stops away, 3 stops away, 2 stops away, then theres a problem please call. After hours on hold discover there never was going to be a delivery because their 3 rd party never picked item up. Give you another deliver date 10 days out! DO NOT USE E GIFT CARD.2 days before Christmas I tried to purchase a high value egift card. First time declined? Reordered and 10 hours later Home depot texted me they could not process my purchase. Wasted much needed time before the holidays on the phone to resolve. I decided I'll send the competitions card. Never again will I use this e service.

I bought and paid for a laundry room install in April 2022. Coat was over $2400. The Install in August 2022 was measured completely wrong. I have had very poor response from Hime depot personnel install department. ****************,(the worst install coordinator ) ******************* and ********************* (sales who did wonderful job) are listed on the invoice as my contacts.

The worst service I have ever experienced. DO NOT order an appliance from Home Depot. We paid for delivery and installation of a dishwasher. Home Depot was the only store that guaranteed delivery before Christmas, which was great because I am hosting the Holidays and needed it before then. BIG MISTAKE!! They came with a broken dishwasher and two guys who couldnt install it. Once it was actually installed, the dishwasher leaked water all over my new floors from its broken door.
