Horrible service. Item ordered 12/9 Anns still have not received. Still waiting for my refund. Every day over 40 minutes and no results.

Back in August I purchased a ductless mini split heat/cooling unit for my condo through Home Depot. Home Depot outsources the work for installation with a company called **************************. When I met with the sales person *** from Haddon ****************** he sold me that after the install, I would receive a refund of $1500 with Master Card. It's now December and I've yet to receive my refund of $1500 from either Home Depot or **************************.

Windows were installed in Oct 2021, still not inspected or corrected have been contacting since Nov 4th of 2021 about terrible work 4 different contractors sent to correct, still no satisfaction and ZERO communication from HD.over $13,000 paid up front and still waiting for proper installation lied to by salesman about HD backing for all warranty work wish for total refund and windows to be removed upon day of new installation by new installers.*****************

I placed an online order for a refrigerator and microwave on 11/27/22 with a delivery date scheduled for 12/08/22. They then called to reschedule the delivery for 12/13/22. The order was never delivered and I had to make a call to confirm. They rescheduled me for 11/16 - 11/20, none of which the appliance arrived. I called again on 12/21 to be told that they will deliver on 12/28. It is now 12/28 and my order has still not been delivered and has been rescheduled for 01/05/2023!! I selected Home Depot, Design services for a cabinet refacing and countertop replacement in July of 2021. The duration of the job was listed as 3-5 days in the contract. They entered my home to begin the work on Oct, 8 2021. Today, MORE THAN 500 DAYS LATER the work is still not completed and what has been completed is of subpar standards. I bought a Therma-Tru special order door which was supposed to be delivered to the **** Rapids, ** Home Depot. When I went to the store to pick up the door the sill pan, which I pad extra for was missing. City code requires a sill pan so the door can not be installed without one. This door is being installed as part of a ***** from the city where the work needs to be completed by the end of the year. This is not for the ****** Location but for the 800# I purchased a giant skeleton and spent over $400. His base snapped after being set up correctly. They asked me to send lictures( which I did immediately) then they advised me they would reach out with a resolution. I ordered a ** washer and dryer on September 9 and it is December 24th and I still don't have a working washer and dryer. I have spent hours on the phone. The first washer they brought was dented so I refused delivery. I was to have another in a week. Well it never came. We had new carpet installed in July month. A few months after the installation, threads were coming out of the carpet. So, I filed a claim with the store. The claim was denied. I gave them a sample of the carpet. They ran a stress test on the carpet and found nothing wrong with the carpet. The carpet is supposed to have a lifetime warranty and pet proof warranty.
